I haven't read the book all the way through yet, but so far it seems like a sound diet. Others complained about the small print. I didn't find it a problem. I did notice that the pages stay open easy and I was glad I wasn't fighting with that all the time. This plan appears to be balanced diet . ...see moreof the reviewer's review

I have begin reading it and looking at the recipes. Is interesting and I'll be trying some of his recipes. The BIG problem I have with this book is the PRINT IS TOO SMALL and the font used is too light. I gave it 2 stars only because of the print size and light print color.

The first few chapters were obnoxious and repetitive. Then when it came down to the foods to eat I found myself having to go back through the book to find out exactly what was in each category. Was so excited to get this book, had to wait for it to be released then shipped. Totally caught off guard that the font is so small. This may sound petty But I can barely read it. Now what ? I liked the book but not sure why they printed it in small case which makes it a pain to read! The content is great and I'm glad DR. Stork took the time to do the book but disappointed with the small print it's done in.
