If I could give this 0 stars or better yet -5 I would! I work from home and choose to use all natural products unless I’m leaving the house. I have never had a problem with body odor. I have been curious about Lume and have been wanting to try it. I got excited when I saw the sample size tube! I showered and used this the very next day. The smell was odd when I first put it on. It was like tangerine mixed with something funky. The funky dissipated and then was just very light tangerine. Then within a couple of hours I noticed a horrible odor that smelled sour and very funky. It was almost like spoiled milk and made me gag! I was in denial at first thinking it was in my head but then soon realized it was definitely real! This stuff made me stink! I have never had body odor and can use simple Arm and Hammer all Natural deodorant just fine but this stuff is just plain awful and gross! Waste of money.

I've tried almost a dozen "natural" deodorants and nothing has worked like Lume. I really appreciate the re-vamped scents, and clean tangerine is so fresh and light, and an effective deodorant. I used to have to reapply my standard deodorant three times a day, and I can't believe the difference I've seen with Lume. I've been waiting for a product like this for a long time.

I was excited to try this product to because other deodorant just isn’t a match for my sweaty armpits. I’ve been using this product for one week and so far it’s okay. I still get wetness under my arms (when I get hot or nervous), but it seems to keep the musty smell at bay (unless I’m exercising, which I expect to smell a bit). The tangerine smell is VERY STRONG, so I try not to use more than a pea size for each armpit. I love that they offer this trial size.

I really wanted to like this, I’ve tried so many natural deodorants and most all of them have been just fine. I liked the idea of a cream and being able to take a small tube when out camping. I don’t often need deodorant and don’t wear it unless I’m engaging in heavy or stressful activity. I’ve never had an issue with body odor UNTIL I used this product. It wears off within 24 hours and then I reek! My sweatshirt I wore to walk my dog stunk so bad after 30 minutes I had to wash it twice. I thought it was a fluke or something I ate but I’ve given this a fair shot and that is not the case. I do not recommend this! I’m not looking forward to the detox period after this since it’s obviously thrown off my body chemistry.

The smell is not great but it is manageable for me. I’ve noticed that since using the Lumē clean tangerine deodorant cream I have been less sweaty in the armpits and less odor. It has been working very well for me. Will definitely purchase again and try a different scent next time.
