Q: Are the cushions removal? And is support under the chaise connected to the main couch or is it an ottoman like support. From what I can tell there are 4 legs under the front half of the chaise. Is this accurate?

A: No, not removable. Clean the product with a soft damp cloth. DO NOT use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

I was told that the cushions are removable and reversible, but the covers are NOT removable and washable. They recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth.

The original order was placed on December 29, 2023, with delivery on January 6th. However, I never got this order. Instead, they sent the wrong blue couch (not sectional). They ensured me that it was in stock at warehouse, so pickup was scheduled for the following day and a replacement was to be expected by January 21st. That replacement delivered the evening of January 21st turned out to be a headboard, not even a couch this time. They picked up the headboard the next day. At this point, I don’t trust that I will get this sectional, so I asked for a refund. I had to call Target on February 2nd to ask about my refund. A Representative assured me that the headboard was received in warehouse and my refund was forthcoming. It’s now February 11th, and I still haven’t received my refund. Just frustrated that this process is taking so long and my funds are being held up when they have long received the return on January 22nd. I don’t think i will be ordering any big ticket items from Target anymore. I just want my $$ so I can order this sectional elsewhere!!!

This is the WORST couch you can ever get. I got this couch once and the legs broke after one month of use. The couch had just broken again after 6 months later the legs broke yet again

This sofa is a beautiful color (I ordered the green), comfortable (I prefer a firmer seat), and was a great size for the intended space. However, the seat cushions were not cut correctly. All three cushions extended over the front of the sofa (not flush to the front, as pictured). The two shorter cushions were not large enough to fill the covers. They had been shrink-wrapped for shipping and were extremely wrinkled. They never expanded enough to fill the covering, so the wrinkles remained and the covers would slide over the cushion (I waited a week to see if they would eventually expand). But the worst part was that the two shorter cushions were cut to a bevel in front, instead of flat, so there was quite a bit of the cover material that was loose. I don't mean this as part as a criticism because it was my decision to buy a sofa online, but I will never buy a sofa or chair online again as you aren't able to see if it is well built, or if it is comfortable (though this sofa was comfortable for my preferences).

All the negative reviews turned out to be true, sadly. I liked the style so much and really wanted this to work out for my home. The cushions didn't inflate as many have said, and the fabric is poor quality and was very wrinkled from the packaging. The color was more of a mustardy green than olive. The cushions were way, way too firm. Thinking I might be able to steam the wrinkles out and break the cushions in, I kept unpacking -- until I pulled out the bent and broken front rail. At that point, I knew it had to go back. On the plus side, it was delivered quickly, great price on a Black Friday deal, and best of all, I was able to return it to my local Target. It's disappointing to know that Target continues to use this vendor and sell this item.

It required some assembly but I was able to do it within 30 minutes. The color is a deep true black and it looks so luxurious. It feels sturdy but we will be gentle on it because I’m not sure how heavy duty the legs will be. The cushions stay in place pretty well and I’ve only had to adjust them a couple of times. Since I have kids, I would not purchase this couch for a mean living area but it is perfect for a bedroom or sitting room.

I do feel like i will need to get velcro to hold the cushions together. With kids moving around it will be a help. Great sectional. Nice looking and does get dirty really quick. So keep that in mind.

I put it in my daughters bedroom and she loves it so much. It was very easy to assemble up in 30 minutes. I actually had surgery so my two young teens assembled it if that tells you how easy it was. All the tools needed to assemble came with it. The directions said to let it sit for 72 hours before using for the cushions to fully inflate. I recommend doing that as they plumped up well. This couch is a 10/10 I highly recommend this brand and would purchase it for another room.

This business has an F rating from the BBB for a reason!! I bought this couch directly from novogratz and it has broken writhing 6 months of normal use. They will send replacement parts, but that only does so much when the couch is broken and will continue to break beyond compare. It is not worth the money!!!

Within two months, one leg suddenly broke and damaged the frame board. I had to place that block of wood to balance it since returning it was a hassle. However, a month later, two more of the legs broke from the other side, also breaking the frame from that side. Fixing it will cost me, aside from the 550 dlls gone to waste for this piece of junk. Target, please don't sell this line of furniture anymore. Save your customers the headaches and their hard-earning money.

This was my dream couch for the longest time. I was so incredibly lucky to get my hands on it. I am convinced this is the most beautiful couch on the market for this quality, color, and value. The price is firm (my preference) but still comfortable. It was super easy to assemble and only took about 30 minutes. Absolute no regrets, adds such an elegant mid century feel to the room.

I wasn’t sure how it would be with all the negative reviews but I absolutely love my couch and my dog loves it more than me. It was so easy to put together I did it myself in about a half hour. I did get Velcro to put on the back cushions and chase because they do slip but an easy $5 fix. The cushions take a few days to get all the creases out but for the price you cannot beat this couch. Highly recommend!!

Super excited to get this couch. I was nervous of the bad reviews but it shipped quickly and was delivered without any damages. I pulled it out to assemble the same day it was delivered and the cushions/pillows didn’t need anytime to puff up. No rips or scratches. The assembly was easy and I did it alone. The only comment I have is that the cushions are a bit firm/bulky but not uncomfortable. Great quality for the price point. I’m so happy with the color (olive) but it looks a small bit darker in the evening than during the day.

The couch is super cute & works perfect in my space! Some things to note: it took way longer than 3 days to puff up from the suctioned packages but once it did it looks great! Also, it is definitely a “firmer” couch & not always the most comfortable to lounge on but hey, what can you expect from a couch under $1,000! Lastly, as you can see in my photos, the color is much brighter than in the product photos.

You get what you pay for… I bought this sofa for my first apartment. It was on sale and arrived sooner than estimated (yay!) in a box that was basically split in half (boo). Upon reception of the package, it was obvious that this couch had a previous owner who sent it back. Half of the cushions were unwrapped (supposed to be vacuum sealed), the velvet was dirty, there were marks indicating that it had previously been put together, and there was a HUGE gash on one of the cushions. We decided to try to put it together… only to find out that the sectional piece is also completely warped (uneven: see the photo, one of the legs is roughly half an inch off the ground). I immediately called Target customer service. They were very fast in answering my call and we found a resolution quickly. I was given the choice between a refund, exchange, or discount. Honestly, the box was already destroyed and it would be more of a hassle to get it back to Target for the first two options, so I took a discount and will be duct taping the cushion, etc. The sofa is very soft - it’s not super cushy but it looks great. All of this to say… read the reviews before you get the product. Hopefully your experience is better than mine… I feel like this is an exception to the norm… but at least I got a super-clearance sofa.
