I like this shower caddy and the space it provides, but I ordered this item twice and both times it was missing the plastic grip for the hanger which should keep the hanger from sliding down the shower neck. I reached out to MDesigns in an email about getting the missing piece but they told me I had to contact Target. I then contacted Target and they told me to reorder the shower caddy. Very unhappy!!
