Q: Would it be covered if I accidently damage the product while handling it by the protection plan.

submitted byMichael - 2 years agoA: You have to buy a plan with Accidental Damage Handling. It doesn't appear the plan offered on the product page includes that. Ask Squaretrade for further clarity. Clicking "See Plan Details" under the plan cost helps get you to the right place. My plan was to buy squaretrade separately so I can be sure to get the plan options I want.

Q: Hi. Can you purchase cloud storage for this that doesn't eat into the 128 GB? Or does everything you use on it have to fit within 128?
A: Hey there, We know how important it is to have as much space as possible and be able to download all the games you want. Only game save data will be stored on the cloud. You can find more about that here: https://www.meta.com/help/quest/articles/in-vr-experiences/oculus-features/cloud-sync/. Unfortunately, there is no way to rent cloud storage to store games. Q: internet is not available where I live. am I able to download games (at my parents house) for my kids to play "offline" once at home?

Just be sure to check if internet is required for app use within our Meta Quest store. In regard to saving data, it wouldn't be able to backup to our Cloud since it would be out of network.

Q: Can you add additional storage, i.e., sd card?
A: Hi, thanks for asking! There is no means of adding external storage to Quest 2. However, many games on the Quest store are conservatively sized so you can still store a great library of games on even the 128GB model. We also sell a 256GB model if you feel it would suit your needs better. Hope this info helps!

This allows the headset to fit comfortably on the user's head while gaming with their glasses.
