Absolutely not! I’ve used other products before but THIS…has my lady parts on fire I had to jump in the tub and it still continued to itch and burn. I’ll wait for my doctor.

Did not experience severe burning like the reviews say. It was uncomfortable the first time using it but not intolerable. Even after 1 use I feel an improvement in my symptoms by the next day. Just used the second dose and we will see by day 7 if this works 100%

So i decided to try this on the fly before making an appointment with my OBGYN. No one ever mentioned the fact that using this could cause an itching burning sensation that put me into straight tears and had me trying to wash it out in the shower. Despite that the next day my symptoms almost completely went away. I took a chance and tried the medicine again for day 2 and luckily the itching and burning was mild compared to the night before which was on a 10. I wouldn’t recommend this at all but if you are desperate like i was just know day one will hurt like heck

went to get this only after i called to make a drs appt and they didn’t have an appointment until 1-2 months out ! monistat 7 honestly burns and irritates me more than the symptoms i was experiencing. the kind that the obgyn prescribes is works better and isn’t as harsh as this one >:|

I've been using this brand for years and never had an issue. I purchased it today may 1st 2024 and it's still as good as I remember it to be. Theres no burning like I'm reading in the reviews. It does leak out of you if you stand up so wear a pad or liner in your undergarment and you'll be fine. The instructions say to only use at bed time but you can use it anytime you like really but be aware if you stand up it will leak and be a little messy. After inserting the cream filled applicator in my area I like to take additional cream and put it around the area. My issues are usually cleared up within a week.

This is my first yeast infection ever in my 30 years of life and I was terrified of using Monistat after reading all the horrible reviews. I tried every natural remedy I possibly could to get better and it just dragged and dragged. I finally womaned up and bought Monistat 7. The first night I braced myself for the worst pain/burning of my life and I felt nothing. I waited an hour and still nothing. I began to think that maybe I didn’t have a yeast infection and maybe it was something worse. When I woke up the next day I still felt the same, quite itchy and uncomfortable, but I continued with the second application. By the 3rd day I felt a little better and on the 4th I knew this thing was working. I’m on night 6 and I feel like I’m almost at 100%. I’m going to finish the full 7 days to make sure this yeast infection doesn’t come back. Overall, this is an excellent product. The only thing I would advise is if you get it on your labia it will cause dryness and chapped skin. I ended up putting organic coconut oil on and that helped my dry chapped skin sooo much. Ladies, please don’t be scared to use this, I regret not purchasing it sooner!

I had intense itching going on and after applying the first night, my symptoms decreased and I experienced less pain! It was effective and worked. By night 2, I didn’t experience any burning and the YI was slowly gone after the first night

Was terrified to use this because of the reviews. On the first night I experienced a mild icy hot type of feeling. Wasn’t painful at all. The yeast infection felt mostly better instantly the next day. Second night I got no sensation from the medicine at all. The infection seemed completely healed after that second dose. Will continue to use the full 7 days.

The burning is not that bad, it feels the exact same as when you take the oral medication, fluconazole. It means the product is working. This is my first time using Monistat because I usually just take the oral medication. I feel like the medication gets all the overgrowth of yeast that might be on/in your body as well. The yeast infection I’m experiencing now is very mild, so I should be fine. I’m waiting for my period to come so I can determine whether I should follow up treatment with boric acid suppositories (do not ingest if you want to try, they go inside your v just like this medication) to reset everything, as well as goldenseal (ingest/drink) just in case the infection is more serious than I thought. It’s also important to ingest probiotics as this assists with resetting the good bacteria as well. I’M NOT A DOCTOR!!!! Just someone who is susceptible to yeast infections and dealt with a very stubborn yeast infection from the age of 14 to 25, then off and on until 31. I haven’t had a yeast infection for about two years. Happy healing everyone!

Was really scare to try this, because of all the negative reviews. There is some burning after using it, but after 10mins it does go away. For me the burning felt more like i used icyhot. The burning does mean it is working. The only thing I didn't enjoy was how messy it was. You do want to wear a pad, so it can catch the cream that comes out. It did clear up my YI very quickly. Didn't make me itch/burn more.
