I was 50/50 on this product. It’s not hard to scoop out of the tin. Spreads well. Initially, it’s smells like a vanilla candle. After applying, it has a wax forward smell which lasts for under 30 minutes, then dries down to a subtle lightly sweet fragrance. I would definitely finish the tin, but wouldn’t repurchase. It would not be my preference for scented body butter.

This Shea butter transforms from a semi solid consistency to and will once you start handling it. It absorbs into the skin very well and smells wonderful. On a sidenote, I have no idea why Target feels the need to specify that this is a women owned and black owned brand. As I treat all businesses and everyone equally, I don’t need to know that. It doesn’t matter to me whether it’s black, Asian, Caucasian, European, male, female, old, young, short, tall, blonde, brunette, etc., etc. owned, nor should it!!! The product will speak for itself.

A little truly goes a long way! That makes the price SO worth it for this shea butter. I don't personally like the Vanilla scent as much as I like the Rose. The Vanilla also has a grainy-ness to it that the Rose doesn't. This could be due to some natural ingredients or something.
