If the tablets are difficult to swallow, the tablets may be cut or crushed and put into a beverage to be consumed or mixed into a soft food such as pudding or applesauce. I've been using Nature Made Melatonin 3mg tablets for years and it has always been very effective. I never feel drowsy yet, somehow, I always fall asleep within 5 or 6 minutes of lying down. Nature Made, in general, makes an excellent product.

Easy to swallow, perfect dosage, and actually works. I’ve tried another brand’s melatonin gummies (5mg) and that one was too high of a dosage as it made me nauseous. This dosage is much better and helps me sleep early.
