Since going gluten free this was my replacement for the Quaker Oats oatmeal and I like it even more! Knowing it only has a few ingredients that are good for you, especially flax seeds, is amazing. The taste is good, I’ve always added extra cinnamon to my oatmeal no matter the brand. Definitely prefer this over other brands, and it makes my stomach happy!

I’ve been eating Natures Path Hot Oatmeal packets for about 10 years now. Many of the flavors are excellent. This is my second favorite one. My favorite is the Flax +. The only reason I place this second is it does not soak up in the hot water as well as the Flax +, but it’s really not a big issue.
