Nice bike but... App is missing, connectivity lacking

Bluetooth instructions say to download "Nautilus Fitness" app from iTunes but that App does not seem to exist no matter how I do the App Store search. Manual also instructs to go to for a list of the latest programs which will apparently connect/sync but that redirects you to the Schwinn Fitness product website. Currently can find no way to upload my workouts to my health apps. This is a glaring shortcoming and the manual should provide correct information. Very disappointed with electronics, but the bike is not too bad for what it is.

I was pumped to use this bike and things went well for the first month and a half that I had it, then the pedal fell off and unfortunately will not go back into the arm mechanism. I have tried multiple times to contact customer support, to no avail.

Can not stand up and pedal

Totally love the cycle class at gym, but was glad to get one for the home. Still figuring out all the features. It was disappointing when I tried to pedal while standing like in class. The pedals wouldn't go all the way around. They just stop at the bottom. I figured out how to adjust my seating and add resistance to give me the same results as if I were standing.

Buying this bike was a mistake

Disappointed - 4 years ago

I have had this bike for a number of months. It took awhile before I assembled it. Not overly difficult. This bike has never functioned at all since the day I first plugged it into the wall. Nothing works at all, lights are on, that is it. I have tried to get in touch with Nautilus every day for the last 3 weeks and I have never been able to speak to anyone. I just called (24 June 1:30 California time) and the waiting time was 107 minutes. Since I cannot speak to anyone, I have sent emails to no evail, I intend to have this thing hauled to the dump and consider my $500 payment as a lesson learned. Do not buy a Nautilus U616, and don't plan or expect any kind of vendor support. My bike has Manufacturers Date Code of 1939, Serial Number of: 100669PRO19390742

Zero Customer Service - Poor Quality Product

Set up was relatively ease. However, after assembling the bike, everything on the console worked well, except for the fan. It was not working. I tried calling customer service, and emailing, but both methods fell on deft ears. I worry that by the time I ever hear back from customer service, the 90 days warranty will expire on electronics. I would rate customer service as poor, but it is worse than poor: it's been non-existent.

Weeks out of shoulder surgery use to run daily, this bike is suggested by my physical therapist. I am excited to get back in shape. 4.5 mile on first ride. So encouraged to be working out again.

Not Comfortable

The reach from the seat to the handlebars is incredibly far. The only people who would find bike comfortable are tall people with long arms (I am 5'4" and it is very difficult to rest my elbows on the handlebar pads. Every time I use the bike I end up with a sore neck.
1 reply from Nautilus team - 4 years ago
Hi Mich - We're sorry to hear that so far the U616 has not been comfortable for you. The seat can be adjusted forward and back, we recommend taking a look at the adjustment instructions on page 23 of your manual to see if this would help provide a more comfortable fit for you. You can find the manual online here: . - Nautilus Team

I though I bought an exercise bike that was made to last and that if I had trouble someone would help me get it fixed. I am a senior citizen and the bike had failed electronics is less than 1 year and fell apart in exactly 2 years. I am sorry I recommended this bike to a friend and he bought one.
