Ninja 18oz Blast Portable Blender

I bought this product a week ago for my mom and she still hasn’t been able to use it as it doesn’t come with a power block to plug the usb cable into the wall. Not warning on packaging that no power block is provided or needs to be bought extra.

I've this guy for a few weeks now and I am a fan of it, save for two particulars. I find it CANNOT blend ice cubes (even with adequate liquid in the bottom and the ice on top) and the blender does not tell you when it's getting low on charge, only when it has NO CHARGE LEFT. Meaning, part way through a 30sec blend cycle, it will stop flash the red light. This means you have to pour out your half blended smoothie into a cup to refrigerate, while waiting for the blender to charge. It does not last 16 blends before the battery dies.

Used less than 5 times. The orange light will not go off and yes I've cleaned it and it still will not work

I got the BlendJet 2 at first. Was so excited, personal blender, cute colors, etc etc. …that thing is loud and temperamental. If you tighten the base too much, it won’t blend. But if you line up the arrows, it leaks. If you take off the pieces to thoroughly clean it, it’s hard to get back together. The Ninja Blast is heavier and not as pretty. But it’s quieter, more powerful, and has a sip top without having to pay extra. I can take it apart to clean it thoroughly instead of just a rinse. This is SO worth the money.

To expensive for such a weak battery

Weak power, annoying to charge, not good with frozen items. Needs to be really watered down in order to even begin to blend, and does not blend easily. Not broken, just poor quality.

I bought this over a month ago and been traveling across Canada and Mexico with it. It's portable, powerful and so useful. I am 100% please with my purchase

Bought two of these back to back and both locked up flashing orange on display. Contacted Ninja for troubleshooting and no help there. They couldn’t clear the fault and their only solution was to ship out another. I’ve always loved Ninja products, but this has created a bade experience

Mine doesn't stay charged. Charged it all night, put ingredients in at home and brought to work to blend for lunch. Battery is already dead. I love the concept, but it isn't worth the money to me. Maybe mine is just faulty.

I would like a lid on the vessel so that one could not have to carry the bottom of the blast.

I received this blender as a gift. I think its a great product however there are just a few flaws and with an update it could be a 5 star. I have been able to blend at least 2 to 3x before I have to charge. Its unfortunate that there is no waring indicator that it'll need to be charged before trying to blend and all of a sudden it just stops. I've had to empty the contents of a smoothie into another jar just to charge it. There should be some sort of cover for the usb c port to prevent water from entering when trying to clean the base. The battery life should definitely be reviewed as well and updated.

I had to return it because the battery didn’t hold a charge. It would only last for one blending cycle and then it was done. I’m still giving two stars because aside from the battery issue, it was a really nice blender. Hoping the replacement works better than the first.

It still leaves little chunks after multiple blends. But it works for the most part.

A great product worth the price.

Just bought the Ninja Blast and have used it daily for 2 weeks now. Had the Blendjet previously which was totally useless. This device does not leak, is durable and strong, the blades will cut through ice and frozen products no problem at all. Totally worth the investment.

The blades are small and get stuck. I read in the reviews that shaking helps, shaking doesn’t help. I’m a fan on ninja products but this is just not it.
