Q: I have used this since November last year on an induction oven. After a few months the bottom has bowed and now just the center part makes contact. Is that under warranty?

A: That is a totally INCORRECT answer from the Ninja Community Support. I received mine yesterday and the depth is barely 3".

The photos show 5 qt stamped on the bottom, the cardboard packaging says 5 qt and the pan has a different item number than the saute pan listed on Ninja site. Excited about a Ninja NeverStick 5 qt saute pan, I have placed my order.

Q: Nobody cares how tall the skillet is with the lid on. What everyone needs to know is how tall the sides of the skillet are without the lid so they can tell how much it will hold.

I was jot expecting this pan to be so good and durable. I love Ninja products and I was a little disappointed because the first set I got wasn't that good, however, this premium pan got me 🥰 I cook my favorite meals here and then throw it in the dishwasher or clean it myself no problem. 10 out of 10

The main long handle of the pan is designed very poorly. When you have heavy things in your pan, you tend to want to choke up on the handle so that way you have a better grip and better leverage. The design is hollow underneath so the sharp sides push into your hand and it's extremely uncomfortable. I used it during cooking, and after I was done, my left hand was red and sore from having to pick it up and move it multiple times while the pan was full of food and to clean it. Very poor design.

We like this pan because it is non-stick with a 10-yr warranty. Nothing has stuck to it. Got tired of a ceramic non-stick pan that had to be replaced every couple of years. This pan is sturdy. Our son wanted a big fry pan so we bought him the same pan we have.

The nonstick on the his start peeling after a year. I assume it's from using the dishwasher as I can't understand what else would cause it to start peeling like this. Pretty disappointed since the pan cost so much and it was great until this started.

Love this pan so much!! I have looked at ceramics and others and the reviews got me! We use it daily and still blown away how easy it is to clean this pan. I love how it’s dishwasher safe, can use in the oven and use metal cooking utensils. I have teenager boys that love to make scramble eggs. So I need a durable and easy to clean pan for them. We ended up buying another of their smaller pans. Had the pan for a couple weeks now and still look new!

I only ordered this pan because in the Q&A, a Ninja support staff answered that the depth was 6". It is BARELY 3". Incorrect answer given. I wanted a deep saute pan. It is a great pan however. Sturdy, well made. But Ninja should make sure proper info is given.

I used the pan for 5 weeks on an induction top. Now the bottom has bowed and does not sit flat. Still can cook but sometimes the stove goes off since it cannot detect the pan.
