I have been using Ninja blenders for past 20 years. Quality has always been good UNTIL a few years ago. Now they break within a few months. This last one the lid stopped locking after only a month and we do not put it in the dishwasher. Never again will I waste my money on your products

I've had mine for a year and a half with fairly minimal use and now the lid won't stay closed so the blender won't turn on.

Makes a shake in less than a minute.

It works very well , but a blender it is not. It's just a food processor, it's not going to get you creamy smooth textures, at most your gunna get a salsa

Do not buy anything from this company. Look up Ninja Blender Food Processor Crack and you will see thousands of others with the same issue. This blender broke in a year and they are very quick to explain how the specific part that broke is not covered in the waranty. Customer Service claims it is not an issue and tried to charge you $100s for a replacement.

The best blender best kitchen essential

My previous pitcher (same kind) cracked after a year or two of regular use, so I was very careful with this one. Yet in less than 6 months it's leaking from the bottom of the pitcher and is now unusable without making a huge mess. Blends great, washes easy, holds up poorly.

Bought the blender January 21st for my husband because he loves to make his protein smoothies after gym. Blender is not sturdy enough to blend ice daily. It has a crack at the bottom from the ice and leaks. It clearly can not be used as advertised......I Contacted Ninja and I was told i have to purchase a new one.

Finally used it and the lid is the worst thing to try and fit. It won’t blend without the lid properly locked on but it’s impossible to lock it on. I would not recommend they are soooo freaking expensive but the biggest hassle to work with.

Versatile and easy to use.

Don't like that you have to have the lid facing a certain way to close.

Didn’t even make it 6 months before the bottom cracked in multiple places and leaks. Don’t waste your money.

We previously had a version of this blender from 2014, and replaced it with this one. There was buildup of food debris and mold in the handle, which we had to search how to remove it all. It is starting again, and is gross. Disappointed and perplexed at the good reviews here.

Opened the packaging and found 2 small cracks from the center to opposite corners. Returned and opened the second on to find the same issue, only even worse as the cracks went up the sides. These cracks could be easily overlooked and leading to bigger problems.

Really unimpressed with this blender. It malfunctioned and won't read that the pieces are properly connected and won't turn on, which seems to be a common issue.

I'm a mechanical engineer and could not figure out all the mechanisms of this blender. The lid has to be at a certain orientation on the pitcher to lock. The lid handle won't fold down UNLESS it is on the pitcher. Getting it to lock on the base was a pain and extremely confusing. Not to mention the plastic is extremely fragile so if you use too much pressure you end up damaging it.

The blades broke off into my shake. Very unsafe.

I have had one of these for several years now. When my younger brother said he was in need of a good blender I bought him this one. It will last for years and has so many add ons available. It’s easy to use, throw it in the dishwasher when finished!

The giant blade(s) are not attached to anything when you open the box and take the blender container out. It is loosely just sitting in the container with no cover and just falls out. Extremely unsafe and irresponsible packaging.

I have been in the market for a new blender to make my smoothies with no luck. I've wasted money on a couple different non name brand blenders that promised one thing and delivered another to the extent of not even crushing ice. I followed the directions and added my liquid ingredients first to make my delicious smoothie then added my frozen ingredients in and off we go, I am so pleased with this product. Although it's not my dream blender which would be a Vitamix, this most definitely gets the job done. I would highly recommend buying this blender. I thought that the pitcher being plastic instead of glass would feel flimsy and weak but it actually feels very sturdy, also easy to clean. This was my first time using the blender so hopefully it will continue to be the best blender I've ever owned. I did purchase the protection plan.
