These are an AMAZING tool! I am a nanny for 4 little ones, including 1 who is on the autism spectrum, and these cards have helped us so much over the past few weeks. They really help to foster emotional control and development in a healthy, yet fun way. The kids will even now suggest using our “calm down cards” when one of them is getting upset.

I can’t even believe how thorough and AMAZING these strategies are! They work for my toddler (most of them) and they work for ME! I am seriously promoting these to be included at daycare facilities and schools (and the adult workplace, if I’m being honest!) for children to learn healthy ways of coping with naturally occurring feelings!

Well worth the price. I purchased for my 8 year while my sister in law + nieces stayed with us for 4 weeks. My daughter and her 4 year old cousin often fought and argued and my daughter would get so frustrated! Now she comes to me and says she wants to do her cards and by the time we’re done she usually can’t remember why she was mad, or she is ready to play again. I can’t wait to check out more items from this brand.

I have started using these with my son to help him combat some of his anxiety. He took to using them really quickly and even reminds me to pack the deck when we go away or leave the house. Even better, he knows some of the calming techniques by heart now and can use them without the deck or even without me needing to remind him to.
