A: That's a good question! The trays of our ovens are made with aluminum.

When my old oven stopped working, I replaced it with another one that I thought was similar. It wasn't!! It was much to small and the interior was designed in a way that everything burned. When I saw this convection oven, I ordered it and I'm not disappointed. This is the best toaster oven I've ever owned.

I bought it about 4 months ago. And I bought one for my friend also. Her's works fine. On mine, the bottom knob worked at first, but gradually became sluggish, and would stick in various positions in the time setting. I burned a lot of toast. I need a replacement!

I've loved this toaster oven -- it's the perfect size, adjusts well to allow very specific heating, and visually attractive. I really appreciate that it's black, not stainless, so it matches my other appliances. But now it's sparking from inside its wall, not quite one year and 2 months after I purchaed it. I live alone and don't use the oven all that much, maybe 1-2 times per week. I haven't shuffled it around a lot or done anything else to test it physically. It just broke once it was clearly out of the warranty period. For a simple device that's still priced in the $70ish range, I would have expected at least 3 years, possibly many more. I'll be buying the $40 Black & Decker next because I've seen those last, even though they're small and less visually attractive. I'm highly disappointed in Oster.

I think I have this product about 8 years, and it runs perfect I never had any problem , this model TSSTTVG04 and I just want to get a new one but the same one. my kids were at home and the young's one was here to visit us and he said I can believe you steel have that ! and steel working and I said yes so I want to buy the same one , I don't like air fry.

My toaster oven has served all of our needs! It was not costly, the color matched, it still works, looks and sounds good after 4 years. Also, it matched my stainless appliances in my kitchen and fits neatly right in the corner. The only problem, I can't find a replacement drip pan but it still gets a 5/5 star with me...

I bought this toaster oven several months ago, and I love it! I shopped long and hard to find an oven the right size for the space I had. And I wanted the interior large enough for small casseroles. It heats in a jiffy. The only improvement I would suggest is a redesign of the knobs with a bright color in the notch to better see the time or temp you are setting.
Toaster oven did not last a year before malfunctioning. Unknown what caused the burning electrical smell.

Bought in April 23' and now in Jan' need to replace it. There is a burning electrical smell coming from the back where the cord exits. Otherwise, it worked well. However, this one has not even lasted a year. Near daily use and maintenance.
