A: Thanks for your question! Our Food Storage Bottles have not been tested for use with icing for decorating. We would recommend using a piping bag or spatula for decorating.

I don't use it for food. I use it to dissolve oxyclean powder or other detergent with warm water and then squeeze direclty on stains before the wash but I'm sure it works for food liquids too. No wierd plastic smells and it stays airtight when closed. Is it worth $7. Eh... But cheper plastic goods usually have a chemical or some other low quality scent to them and this one does not. The body of the bottle is also very flexible and all the pieces fit well so it's well made.

The bottle is really high quality and has lasted me years now. It's honestly not good for storing any oil. It always eventually gets all over the bottle and will pool up under the bottle if you don't clean it every time you use it. For sauces, this is perfect!!

Pro: The measurement markings on the bottle are very helpful Con: The cap does not really lock into place. The cap may stay on if you knock this over on the counter, but it probably won’t stay in if you drop it, and it definitely won’t stay on if you are transporting the bottle somewhere.

This Is A Great Sqeeze Bottle For Sauces. The Big Downside Is The Top To Not Fit Into The Tip So If The Bottle Were To Tip Over In The Fridge The Contents Could Spill Out. It Would Be 5 Starts If The Top Sealed Tightly. I Have Had No Issues With The Bottle Staining Or Holding Smells.

I put my avocado oil in this bottle. Why? 1. So I don’t have a huge container on my counter. 2. Better pouring abilities. 3. (Being the most important) I like to act like a fancy chef and it really makes oiling my skillet, pot, etc. a bit more fun. It really adds to my fake cooking show in my head. Lol. If I HAVE to cook why not make it a little more fun, ya know?
