Place Mighty Chase (action figure included) into the working elevator – as it lifts, sounds are activated and a badge and megaphone pop out on the side of the tower! At the top of the Mighty Lookout Tower there’s room for all six of the Mighty Pups action figures (each sold separately) on the platform. Place each superhero pup on the spot that lights up with their uniform color! With the working periscope, kids have the perfect vantage point to help spot trouble in Adventure Bay! Attach one of the included clips onto Chase and send him soaring around the tower, through the badge and down the mighty zip line! Q: Lets Play section - E states says "hear Ryder give the pups a mission". I do NOT hear Ryder TALK, only sounds & lights.

A: Hi Jolene, The on/off switch has a setting for Ryder giving missions and the other setting plays Paw Patrol music. The left button activates the mission screen and to hear Ryder give the pups a mission, and the right button activates the lights and sounds to choose your pup. First off read the product information it says what it comes with LOL!! Most of you are complaining about the pups and it says one pup and vehicle sold with the item. Others sold separately. My youngest son loves this paw patrol toy it works good and he enjoys it. I’m giving 5 stars because if you read the information you would know what does and doesn’t come with it! I got 50% off this toy.

Great for your paw patrol loving kiddo! However, we don’t recommend if you’re expecting them to play alone as the zip line has clips, so the dogs don’t actually slide down, you have to un-clip & re-clip in each position which makes the little ones lose interest quickly in that part. The rest of the toy is great!

No Power to the Tower

Purchased for our grandson as he is a big Paw Patrol fan. The tower is nice but the sound and lights do not work. One of the springs in the battery compartment is not attached, so no contact is made for power. I contacted the manufacturer hoping they could replace just that part of the tower and they referred me back to Target to exchange the tower. So they were not too helpful. We were also disappointed the other pups and vehicles are not included with the tower. We purchased other vehicles, but they are not the correct ones for the the tower. Our grandson still loves the tower, but I doubt we will purchase this or other products for other grand children in the future.

The kids LOVE it, and it seems pretty solid once put together. There’s a vocal setting, and a “sounds only” setting. Would have given 5 stars, but our 4-year-old is upset because ryder and the other pups are shown on the box, but it only comes with chase. She thinks I lost the others!!

My daughter is absolutely obsessed with Paw Patrol, so when I found it here 50% off I had to snag it for a Christmas gift. It has been the most played with toy that my children got for Christmas. It’s cute and lights up and makes noise and both my kids are obsessed with it. It’s tall and comes with one Chase figure.

I am disappointed. As many other reviews state the sound doesn't work properly. It makes sounds when you lift the elevator but that is it. The buttons on the tower do not give commands as they should. I am beyond disappointed. Luckily my 3 year old doesn't know the difference, but I do. Very, very disappointed with this purchase.

My kids begged for this toy for several weeks before we purchased it as a birthday gift for our youngest. So glad we did! Not only is it large enough for all three of them to play, it has a lot of really fun features like lights and sounds. My kids enjoy sending their pups on “missions” with the help of the LookOut Tower. Even my ten year old will play along with her 3 and 7 year old siblings. While the tower takes up a decent amount of space in our playroom, it is worth it for the hours of fun and creative play it has encouraged.
