About the Author

Duke T. Gray has been a settled parish pastor in Brooklyn, New York; Upstate New York; Toronto, Ontario; Chicago, Illinois; and exurban Boston, Massachusetts. In addition, he has served as an interim (consulting) pastor for ten other congregations in crisis or transition. He currently serves the Community Church of Hudson, New Hampshire.
