Pineapple BBQ Burger Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
Burger:
1 package Tabitha Brown for Target Vegan BBQ Patties
Vegan hamburger buns
Fresh pineapple, thinly sliced into rounds.
Kale Coleslaw:
1½ cups thinly sliced green kale
¼ large cabbage, thinly sliced
2 large carrots, julienned
2 green onions, thinly sliced
3 TBSP aioli (extra to taste)
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Start by preparing the kale slaw. Combine kale, cabbage, carrots and green onions in a large bowl. Add aioli and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper; refrigerate. Lightly spray skillet with nonstick spray; preheat on medium heat. Add patties. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until bottoms are browned turn and cook 4 to 5 minutes longer or until fully cooked. If desired, grill pineapple rounds until they have nice grill marks on both sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Layer patties and pineapple slices in buns and top with kale slaw.
