I truly appreciate the feel of this controller in my hands. It's not clunky, doesn't feel cheap and the customization makes it incredible. I have found the perfect color combo that my daughter enjoys as well. Blue and purple. The breathing lights makes it fun. The only thing I would change is the durability of the sticks and trigger stops. How ever for the price and value. Unstoppable. I have referred friends to PowerA and one of em is gonna be a long time consumer as am I.

2nd time purchasing this brand of Xbox cntroller and both times the RIGHT TRIGGER button suddenly stops working. Instead of within 5 days, this purchas, this time, the trigger button was working just fiine to then suddenly stop working completely. 40 days after purchase this defective product is burning me for giving it another chance. I purchased this controller nearly 11 months ago. Through that time, I have gently used it to play PC games. I found it to be a very average, adequetly replicating the Xbox controller design, but not presenting it in a particullarly comfortable way. There was no further ergonomic adaptations added, I don't think. And furthermore, I found the added "back buttons" to be cumbersome. But ultimately it did the job! That said, at the time of this writing, the controller had finally kicked the bucket. The left trigger will not work, rendering it useless. I'm going to chalk this up as a loss. I will not recommend any controller that lasts less than a year!

I immediately started having issues with the trigger buttons... now I'm doing support for it. Its very annoying. The controller looks cool but I think they might have cheeped out on the triggers buttons. Very upset.

The trigger stops are not good. In fps games like warzone where you can drive a vehicle, the vehicle will not fully accelerate unless the trigger stop is completely off. I have an elite series 2 controller and the trigger stops are great. Thought this controller would be a nice budget alternative… it is not.

First things first this controller has a 2 year warranty. I had my last Microsoft controller get drift just over 2 months. It was a custom order with my name on it and everything. I tried to claim the warranty and found out that I had missed the warranty by a week. I was completely done with buying Microsoft controllers, and tried to find a third party seller. This controller needs a few tips on use before you start using. I found that you should only have the trigger locks on in shooters if you are using a semi automatic weapon. I was playing and I had my trigger lock go out while I was using a full auto shot gun. The remote was still functional just not with the trigger lock. The remote was still good to play on. Later I had the audio blow out on the controller. It didn't matter which headset I put in the controller audio output was messed up on the controller. I claimed the warranty which is 2 years! I got a new controller in less than a week. It was an amazing experience. I really love this controller. My wife and I both have one. Good by and if there is a defect in it you will get a swift replacement

I've used this product for about 25 hours now and it has held up really well. I love how customizable the colors are so I can get the controller to match my PC and Corsair themes. No drift, the thumbsticks move smoothly and the entire controller is really comfortable to hold on to for long periods of time.

Really like the controller have had a a couple in the past. However I just received a new one that my headset works with but not the mic on it. This controller came out of the box with 6% stick drift. There are controllers I've owned and heavily used for over a year that weren't this bad. The cord it came with was not only out of date (USB micro B and not a USB 3) but it failed within the first 10 minutes of being plugged in and testing. As in THE CORD DID NOT WORK AT ALL. Furthermore, Power A has a webpage for updating firmware. The page exists and the link to the firmware is up, but it now leads you to a page reading the firmware no longer exists.
