Wow. Is this ever garlicky. Too garlicky. And I like garlic. The thing I can't get past, though, is the texture. I used to work at a restaurant, and the consistency of this "sauce" is like the leftover gravy that got stored in the cooler.

Hmmm. The flavor is so sour. There is no creaminess and not even a hint of cheese. Maybe some cashew would have helped. The gloopiness out of the jar reminded me of a 5th grade science project and the flavor reminded me of nightmares of my cooking being judged. Skip it and find a better alternative.

This company makes the most incredible flavors you've ever tasted. I've been so bored for almost 15 years with a basic sauces like alfredo sauce that they sell at the stores and then this sauce came out... Mind blown! You'll never get bored with the flavors of this company is sauces. It'll keep you going bite after bite. I have not had a product from this company yet that I was disappointed in. Flavortown amazingness!!! I could brag about this company all day.

I’ve been using this for about 2 years now. This is best alternative for me and my S.O because we both workout and are delicate about what we eat. The taste is delicious personally, I boil it and then add some water until I get it how I like then add meatballs and vegetable pasta. Best healthy pasta ever, we love it.

I have no idea how this is an "alfredo sauce" at all. It just taste VERY strongly of lemon and some pepper. It would actually make sense to label this as a lemon pepper sauce, because of how insanely strong the lemon taste is. It's so strong on the lemon it tastes sour. The texture is horrendous too. Literally a gelatinous clump of sauce. You have to REALLY heat it up for a while so it becomes less jello like. Great ingredients but horrible lemon sauce. Will never get again.

I think that it’s terrible. Not sure how they can call it Alfredo sauce when it tastes nothing like Alfredo sauce. Instead it taste like some weird tangy concoction. Very upsetting because I am trying to cut down on prepackaged foods that are full of preservatives and dairy, and when I bought this I was expecting as I’m sure lots of other customers were, the taste of Alfredo sauce, not the taste of limes.

Bought a jar not because I'm vegan, but because it was on sale at my local supermarket. By itself its... meh. Doesn't taste much like real alfredo sauce. Adding a mashed avocado made it AMAZING! Of course its now green, but tastes so much better...It would probably reduce the shelf life if added in the jar (avocados are quite perishable), but a recipe on the label that uses mashed avocado is my suggestion.

I've tried and loved other Primal Kitchen items, and I really wanted to love this one too. Non-Dairy alfredo sauce that tastes like Alfredo sauce and is Whole30 compliant? We were so excited to try this for dinner tonight and, yikes. I understand the look and texture is different than traditional sauce and that doesn't bother me at all. But man. This tastes nothing like alfredo sauce. It is incredibly tangy, all I can taste is lemon or vinegar. I wish I could say something good, or recommend this, but I truly have nothing good to say.

Disgusting, vile flavor. I cannot believe these positive reviews because what I tasted was rancid-like and in no way tasted like Alfredo sauce. Don't waste your money. Also, just to add, I am a strict vegan who hasn't eaten dairy in ages and tends to enjoy a lot of non-dairy cheese, etc.

This looked good on the shelf, but it was so gross. Gelatinous and chunky. I tried to warm it in a pan on the stove, but it didn't do anything but separate. There are no instructions on the bottle either. I hoped there would be some guidance of some kind. It had a weird sour taste, lemony? Will not ever purchase their products again.
