A: Yes, the handles may be removed. They are screwed in and there are two screws holding each handle. You access the screws from inside the drawer.

I bought this online and it arrived in the original box. Upon opening the box, the actual nightstand was there, but no legs, screws etc. One of the three drawers open two don't. I am assuming the legs are stuck in the drawer from someone who returned it. I did the online order so I did not have to fit it into my car...now I have to box the piece of junk back up and take it to the store.

Gorgeous design, horrible quality. There’s zero quality control. One of the drawers won’t open and it arrived dented, and covered in dirt. I used over 10 Clorox wipes to clean dirt off of the dresser. It’s disgusting. This dresser is extremely low quality. Target shouldn’t be selling something like this.

I really wanted to love these nightstands and I do in theory and will probably try to buy more. I read the reviews before purchasing and assumed the bad were due to user error (I am very good at putting furniture together). however, the nightstands that I received each have 2 drawers that do not open and one was extremely damaged missing a chunk out of the front top drawer. Being a target purchase that is easily returnable to the store I decided to take the chance and like I said, will probably do again. Fingers crossed that the next set is good.

Like other reviews mentioned, both pieces came damaged. And the quality was quite low considering its a studio mcgee collection. Really wanted it to work because the color is absolutely beautiful! Returned these.

I loved the color & hardware of these nightstands. I bought two & unfortunately both had paint issues. They are so pretty otherwise & the imperfections are something I can live with. But I would not recommend them. For the price, the paint jobs are pretty terrible. I took a chance given the so so reviews & unfortunately I agree with them. The quality of the drawers is great & assembly is super easy. If you are okay with paint imperfections than these are for you. I do not feel like repacking them so I will live with the issues.

I’m so frustrated. I’ve ordered 3 total of these nightstands and 2 have been damaged. I’ve returned one to the store and asked for a discount for a new one. I was declined and instead offered a discount to keep the damaged one. It had three major markings - 2 were holes. I received the third one today and it, too, is damaged. The entire top drawer is broken. I’m going to try one more time and then return the good one and go elsewhere.

As others have also stated in reviews, these appear lovely but there is zero quality control. Very disappointing for a Stufio McGee piece. I have ordered multiple and all have had either defects in the paint finish (looks like paint did not dry before wrapping and packing it) or multiple issues with multiple drawers not opening or closing properly due to faulty or misaligned guides. I even attempted fixing one and was unsuccessful after trying all the tricks and so they will all be returned. Definitely a hassle with larger furniture pieces, so just be aware if you want this piece, it will likely take multiple orders, some effort and luck!

This is BEAUTIFUL but I’ve ordered 2 now and have given up. The first had a broken drawer. The second had multiple blemishes with the paint and they taped the protective packaging to the top of it. I couldn’t get the adhesive off from the tape.
