These really work!! I definitely recommend these. I take one or two in the morning and they keep me nice and calm all day. Helps with my anxiety. Plus the packaging is super cute and the ingredients seem well sourced.

I over all try and maintain a low stress type of life but sometimes, well a lot of times situations IN life are out of our control. After using and feeling an improvement in my Mental focus and ability to be calmer in myself with these pills; I've been able to manage my stress better.

Destress has been a great product for me when I’m feeling overwhelmed or having trouble sleeping. I combine it with the In The Mood when I get home from work and I’m ready to wind down and enjoy my afternoons. Between the L-Tyrosine and Ashwagandha as main ingredients you really can’t go wrong!

My mental health depends on this. It takes the anxiety down to a tolerable level. I will never stop taking this!

Easy to take and affordable. Not sure if I feel less stress or just beaten down to the point of caring less (in a good way). I do think lately I have gotten better about letting things roll off my shoulders. Even so, I just happen to be the type of person who over thinks and in turn causes my stress. I did order a second bottle in hopes to see continued improvement.

The mint freshness pak is great. I've noticed that I am getting better quality sleep and I'm waking up more refreshed and ready for the day.

I love taking these distressors they really you know de-stress me cuz I am a very stressful person but I've noticed since I've been taking these that my stress has gone way down I love them and I will continue taking them thank you so much

This is by far the best supplement I have ever taken for anxiety and OCD. I get very bad anxiety and compulsive/intrusive thoughts, especially during my menstrual cycle, and these are by far the best supplements that I’ve seen actual results. It allows me to focus and gather my thoughts in a helpful manner. For the most part for me at least, the best way it works is if I take it everyday, not just during times of stress or pms. It needs time to fully get into your system. With that being said, it is a con, that if you start to feel great and forget to take them for more then a week or two, YOU WILL FEEL THE EFFECTS. Such as what you felt before, or just high anxiety.

So good. Take them everyday and I feel a big difference in my mood.

I’m not sure if I would be able to take these during the day because they put me RIGHT to sleep! I work LONG 12 hour shifts at a hospital and get home late. I’m typically awake for what feels like forever waiting for my mind to relax. I take these as soon as I get home and within 20/30 min I can’t keep my eyes open! They clear your mind and give you a very drowsy (but amazing) feeling. I dream better than ever before. Very little tossing and turning. I do wake up extremely tired though… like can’t open eyes tired but it’s worth it for me to get a good nights sleep

I wasn’t sure about these when I first bought them, but I don’t go a day without them now. My anxiety was so bad I would vomit several times a month, but I’ve felt so mellow since starting destress. I recommend these to everyone I know

Unfortunately these destress capsules have not really worked well for me. I don't feel any different after taking them. I must admit that I suffer from high anxiety so it takes a lot to help me to become destressed.

I LOVE RAE! But these are by far the best ones. I’m more of a “I want to feel the effects” of what I’m taking, because some supplements work internally and you can’t really tell or feel the difference. Not these babies! I think taking them consistently, helps tremendously. I could tell a difference in managing work task, & was able to ease myself into the morning with or without yoga and meditation. So here’s the thing, I noticed after consistently taking the destress vitamins, I had more of a desire to engage sexually. I emailed them, and this is what the women at RAE had to say: “The destress vitamins, help eliminate/decrease cortisol levels. Which is the stress hormone. Which has the ability to calm the brain. If you’re wondering if it works- TRY IT. Basically, take the vitamin when you start your day. Consistently. I love the destress vitamins! After a few weeks of taking distress vitamins I noticed that I felt more clam. Now I’m hooked! The destress chocolates are delicious!
