I had high hopes for this hair dryer.. but the way it folds the part breaks so then as you try to blow dry your hair it wobbles back and forth and you can't use it and the buttons are very hard to slide up and down! it's a waste! get a blow dryer that don't fold because it will break!

The buttons are unnecessarily hard to slide up and down, making it really hard to turn on/off. The back also popped open a little bit after a few months (I don’t use very often, so probably only about ten uses) which was fine for a while until it sucked in a piece of my hair that I had to cut off. Really poor quality

Purchased this several months ago. Love the retractable cord feature and the heat. Wasn't excited about the tools being snap-in-place since they wear out and the slightest bump they come off. Another featured I liked was the ability to fold the dryer, serious space saver, until it broke. The dryer still works but you can't hold it because it flops around. It took 45 minutes of struggling to but I finally got my hair dried this morning (had no choice but to use it broken) Very disappointing. Now I have to purchase another hair dryer and hope it doesn't break in a few months.

I bought this hair dryer in August 2022 and now it won't blow hot air anymore. A hair dryer that blows cold air is useless. I expected Revlon to last longer than 4 1/2 months. Now I'm past my 90 window in order to return it to Target and I'm stuck having to buy another one. This is ridiculous! I won't buy another one from Revlon.

I've been using this model for several years and when my last one died, it was an easy decision to replace it with the same model. It does exactly what it says it will do, the cord retracts, and it folds in half to save space. Perfect for what I want.

The handle and hinge broke 2 months in. Continued to try and use it without the handle snapping completely off for a few weeks until a broken-off piece of plastic started melting a putting off nasty smells...what a waste of money!

I had this one for several years and loved it. When it stopped working I bought another just like it. It was much harder to use the controls, the heat would fluctuate and completely stop working when using high heat. After a year it would heat on low but would not blow. Had to unplug to get it to stop heating. Will not buy another

I have a small drawer in the bathroom and a fold-up dryer works perfect and I like retractable cords and definitely need a diffuser. This will be my fourth one. Yes, the heat controls are a little hard to move and after time the cord sometimes has to be coaxed back into the dryer. All of mine have lasted a couple of years and I must admit that I drop it sometimes.

It’s ok. But turning the switches up and down to on or off means you grapple with its horrendous design. Great otherwise. Missed the return deadline because I didn’t use it immediately. That part stinks, otherwise I’d exchange it for something else.
