Roland Sriracha Chili Sauce - 17oz

It’s like spicy ketchup. Nothing like sriracha

This way the only sriracha available so I decided to give it a try. It kind of tastes like a sweet chili sauce, it’s nothing like the sriracha I like and am used to. I personally won’t be buying this “sriracha” again.

has an odd sweet flavor doesn’t even taste spicy and it’s very watery even after shaken. pls don’t waste ur money.

I’m not sure why they made sriracha sweet. This tastes nothing like the original, and was very put off by the taste when I first took a bite of it after I put it on my eggs. I only got this during the shortage and this was the only one that was available, but I will definitely not get this one again.

This has a very strong salt, garlic, and kind of a vinegar flavor. If you’re looking for a replacement for that “other” popular brand, do not buy this. Tastes terrible.

A stark reminder that there's still white people who think there's no such thing as too much garlic.

This stuff is absolutely disgusting, I don't know what it is but it's not sriracha, tossed it after tasting it.

I personally love this more than siracha. I put it on everything. The extra garlic flavor really does it for me. Absolutely would recommend.

This is a must have in every kitchen. A small dallop gives a spicy kick. Best in ramen noodles. Great price point and has a decent shelf life.

It was too salty and not spicy enough. Nothing compared to the one with a green cap !

I likely like many tried this when looking for a rooster replacement Many failed to fulfil the need, typically due to lack of heat and also unnecessary flavours, perhaps too much garlic or something else. Roland was not the first alternative I tried. Sure, I saw it... but it just didn't look like it was going to be the good one. When I first tasted Roland I did not have high hopes. I was pleasantly surprised by the heat. The taste was a little off - not bad, just different. Well, my third application in I realised Roland was the superior sauce. The flavour was top. I would select it above rooster every day from now on. It's been a good ride, through three bottles On my fourth bottle, unfortunately, the sauce was not the same. I think this is reasonable given that peppers are the main ingredient and a lot depends on season, soil, etc. I admit rooster was very reliable I'm not sure where to go from here. This bottle was more garlicky and way less hot. I add some ghost pepper drops to it and will probably be able to get thru the bottle but by itself it's not good. I will try it again and hoping this was the fluke. Not sure if it's a ingredient change, we thing, seasonal thing, or other. Fingers crossed

This is far from the rooster sriracha sauce and tastes horrible. The face they charge the same amount is an insult. Save your money…rather have Tobasco than this.

It’s garlicky and has a tiny kick to it! I bought this when I couldn’t find any of the original sriracha and ended up falling in love! I love putting it on my boiled eggs, ramen noodles, grilled cheeses etc it has so many uses! If you like garlic and salty things you’ll love this! It’s savory and tangy. Idk why everyone is giving it bad reviews, It is really different from the original sriracha but it’s a different brand so obviously it’s not going to taste similar

Bland and very salty

I picked this up during the Sriracha shortage and ended up liking it better! Not as spicy, more garlicky… my favorite on avocado toast! Doesn’t replace traditional Sriracha but is delicious in its own way.

Shouldn’t be called Siracha ! Sweet salty none of the flavor I buy siracha for typical Low quality Roland foods known for using slat and sugar in place of quality ingredients. Nothing like the real sauce or a dozen generics just a waste of money. Siracha is not supposed to be sweet or this salty ! Save your time , money and tastebuds do not buy this garbage.

It’s not BAD, but it doesn’t taste the same as OG sriracha…
