[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children absolutely love the ride-on MINI Cooper Countryman! They loved that the horn actually works and the LED lights! they thought that it looked like a “real” car was cool but I was more impressed with that than they were! The battery could last a little longer, we only got about an hr out of it before it needed to be charged but I think that’s pretty standard. The quality seems pretty durable. We have only used it indoors (gymnasium) as it’s been rainy and cold out so I’m not sure how well it works on an outside terrain. It’s not too fast, only 2.5mph but it’s still fast enough for little ones to get away from you! My 3yr old nearly slammed into a table because he decided to swerve last second! A remote to help guide them would be a great addition but not necessary. Overall it’s a great toy for kids! We ended up going out before Christmas and buying the truck version for our son so both of our younger ones could ride together since there is only one seat! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with the ride-on MINI Cooper Countryman!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the rollplay Mini Cooper car to test out through the Stellar Product testing panel. I’m so glad we were selected because our daughter has been begging for a “car” ever since she tried driving her older cousin’s (is this a glimpse into our future?!). The assembly was fairly easy since there weren’t too many parts to put together. It is super chic and I wish I could use it myself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How awesome is this mini cooper! Not only is it super fun and made to look just like the real ones, we also got to try it for free! I love all the little features and details they put into this to make it so much fun for the kids. It has working led headlights and makes engineand horn sounds at the push of a button. The gas peddle and shifter move so they feel like they really are driving. It has the same little mini cooper emblems that the real ones do and it has a windshield and side windows that you can see out of instead of just having the open top like most others do and the little mirrors fold in too!! So it feels like you're getting into a real car! That's a super cool detail I loved about it! It has forward and reverse and goes 2.5mph which is plenty fast for the kids. I like the bright red with black and chrome accents and I believe this comes in other realistic colors too. For the most part it comes together with only a little bit of assembly required and it only took me about 20 mins to have it out of the box and having my kid riding in it. It comes with a 6volt battery and the charger too. After the battery was fully charged we got about 45mins maybe an hour of run time on it before the battery needed to be charged again. It was plenty of time for fun but I'm going to look into getting a back up 6volt battery to keep charged that way if he still wants to ride on it we can swap the batteries and charge the one while he uses the other. Definitely a huge hit in our home and my son is super happy to have this. He loves it and it's usually the first thing he wants to do when he wakes up.
Fun toy to own but some quality control issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Christmas came early this years for my girls!! As soon as I received the Mini Cooper Countryman, I tried to put off opening for as long as I could but alas the kids’ saw the packaging and it wasn’t an option. Anyways, right after Thanksgiving I finally found time to put it together. Instead of asking the kids’ dad, I decided to assemble it myself. It does state “easy assembly” on the box after all. To preface, I’m 105lbs and almost 5ft. I struggled with moving the box a bit but I was overall successful handling it. Upon opening, I noticed some quality control issues right away: the front bumper is a bit scratched; no biggie. When I took the whole vehicle out, I noticed the hood isn’t completely smoothed out. (I will attach said issues with pictures below for better visual.) Mind you, I’m not handy. It did take me almost an hour to assemble the whole thing. And that’s with 2 kids getting in the way. The biggest battle for me was the snap pins on the wheels. By the way, the only tool you need is a screwdriver and maybe a pair of scissors. Also, do NOT assemble near the grass; clear concrete path preferably. I almost lost a snap pin and a washer assembling it on my front lawn. Thankfully the manufacturer is thoughtful enough to include extra pin and washer. (They probably predicted what happened to me would happen to others too lol). Once assembled, the kids fell in love instantly! BUT it does require charging for 24 hours prior to first use. So I had to break the bad news to the kids. They did get to sit in the car for the time being. The door only opens from one side and there’s only one seat. Just to give an idea, my 4 year old is about 35lbs and 1.5 year old is 28lbs. They were both able to fit in the vehicle, albeit quite cramped. Although the kids enjoyed it, I have a couple concerns. The Mini Countryman does ride as smoothly as I’d anticipated. It jolts every time pressing on the gas pedal. Additionally, the plastic is a bit flimsy in my opinion. The door alone might not stand up to my 1 yr old putting pressure on it when opening and closing. The size is a tad bit compact which is not a big deal in our case since my kids are smaller than average and so is our resident. All in all, I believe it’d make an awesome gift for any kids 2-5 (the manual does recommend 3+). The color is suitable for either gender. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this ride-on vehicle. I truly hope my review will help others who may be interested in getting the Mini Countryman.
Very cute but major design issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a lot of disappointing issues with this car. Overall, it’s a super cute toy that my kiddo was ecstatic to open and play with. The design is beautiful and the opening doors are very fun and realistic. However, there are some major design issues that cannot be ignored. There’s no remote control, so the kiddo is the driver and has complete control over the vehicle. Which would be fine if this was designed for an older child, but my very slim 4-year-old barely fits in this car and is not ready to have complete control over a moving vehicle. Assembly was easy- I just had to attach the wheels, steering wheel and seat. I have a different ride-on car that took me hours to put together and required me to connect a battery (which was a bit intimidating for a single mom)- so I was thrilled that this one came mostly assembled. Once it was put together it needed a full 24 hours to charge, so make sure you save time for that when gifting. The worst thing about this toy is that In order to charge the car, you have to lift the seat and detach some cables from the battery. The seat is easy to remove but this is kind of a lot for a kids toy. With regards to rideability, it’s a tight squeeze - the seating area is a very narrow space between the steering wheel and the seat. My kiddo is a small-for-her-age and very slim 4 year old, and I don’t think that a medium-sized 5 year old could fit in this seat. Kiddo (and I) were disappointed that there is no seatbelt in the car. This might seem kind of silly for a car that goes 1-2 mph tops, but it’s a great teaching tool, and she feels very grown-up buckling into her other ride-on car. Gotta love opportunities to teach great safety habits early on. I really wish this car had a remote control. It’s so bizarre that this is clearly designed for a child under 5 due to the tight seating space but has only child-controlled operation ability. We noticed a jerky motion when turning the car so that it kind of bounces. You have to be moving at the highest speed while turning to avoid the jerky movement. Overall, a very cute car but not a toy I’d recommend. There are major playability design flaws, safety issues, and there are easy perks missing (no music or Bluetooth options). Small changes could make this a much better toy. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this ride-on vehicle.
Super cute red Mini Cooper car

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This car is super cute. The red is really vibrant and easy to see. The car came mostly built, and overall was relatively easy to assemble. We did have some difficulty using the clips that hold the wheels on (pic included of the clips), and it made assembly take much longer than it would have taken otherwise. The only thing we would change about this car is where the charging port is located. It’s underneath a seat that has to be removed to plug it in. Placing the charging port on the outside of the vehicle would make more sense and easier to access. While not hard to remove the seat, it’s mildly annoying when you’re trying to wrangle 4 kids, and having to take a piece off to plug it a toy. My two youngest kids love the car. My two oldest wish it was bigger so they could ride it. It’s super fun and has decent speed to it. My son loves honking the little horn, and going back and forth in it down the trails behind our house on family walks. We are sure to get a lot of use of this ride on car. We received this car from Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this ride-on MINI Cooper Countryman through the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review. For the most part we love the ride-on Mini Cooper Countryman. The external design is nice and life-like to an actual Mini Cooper vehicle. Both of my boys had a blast driving the MINI Cooper Countryman. I would say my boys favorite feature is the horn. They would NOT stop beeping it as they were driving, Ha! As for ease of use I will say the boys had no issues driving forward but reversing was not an easy task for them. Another point to make is that the traction is definitely better on the cement versus indoors on the tile floor. One internal design issue that we noticed was when the car first takes off it wants to go towards the left. I believe the reason this is happening is because it’s one wheel drive (motor on the rear right wheel). It is more noticeable when the boys ride indoors on the tile floors. The packaging was great with no damages and everything was nicely separated with extra of the smaller parts (I’m guessing because those are easy to lose). As far as the assembly goes the instructions were ok. One thing that I noticed was the instructions referred to the left side of the car when it was really the right side. Thankfully, I figured out how to install the back wheels correctly on my own. The one thing that really frustrated me was getting the tiny pins in metal bar (axel). It literally hurt my finger and flew in my face when I tried to get one of them in. I had to get my tweezers to help get the pins into the tiny holes. Everything else was a breeze to put together. Another thing I was pleasantly surprised about was the amount of battery life. Both kiddos got sufficient amount of ride time and it still had charge left in it. The one thing the boys didn’t like was having to wait the 24hrs while it charged before they could drive it. Small price to pay for all the fun they’ve been having. Really, the only things I would change on this product would be to make both back wheels operate with the motor (so it won’t drift to one side) and maybe getting a larger clip and/or another way to secure the wheels to the axel. Other than that this is a great ride-on vehicle. Thanks again Stellar Product Testing for allowing my children the opportunity to drive the ride-one MINI Cooper Countryman.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a mom of two car-crazed little boys. My son has been obsessed with MINI Coopers in particular ever since he found out I used to drive one (pre-kids), so this 6V MINI Cooper Countryman vehicle could not be more perfect. The MINI details are outstanding! It was very nostalgic putting it all together. From the life like front grill to the matching side mirrors, the MINI steering wheel emblem and the racing stripes, this little car screams MINI. I will say I did not enjoy the process of assembling everything. I worked halfheartedly on it for about an hour total. The directions are detailed, and they send a couple extra parts, but I had the hardest time getting the wheel pins in place. Accessing the battery is a little cumbersome since you have to remove the seat each time. The battery does require a full 24-hour charge prior to first use, and there are no charging lights to indicate if it’s even charging, let alone when charging is complete, which would just make life much easier. However, the car does seem to be made of quality materials that should hold up very well over time. The tires have tank like tread on the rear wheels, so it grips the terrain easily on and off road. Once you get it charged/assembled and after your kids stop screaming over their sweet new ride, the car is a lot of fun! The 6V battery is way better than I had anticipated and the car will actually run for over 2 hours straight which is good because my boys want to drive it 24/7 now. I like that this car only goes about 2.5mph so I can easily keep up with my kids when they are cruising all around our neighborhood, all day, every day. It instantly became their new favorite toy, and they feel like the real deal zipping all over in their very own MINI. They both love the vibrant chili pepper red with contrasting black stripes, trim, and mirror caps. The car has a fun realistic horn and engine sound, and they quickly figured out how to use the gear shift to go forward or backwards easily. Their favorite part is how realistic the details are so that they truly feel they own their very own MINI now. The only thing I’d love to see added is a charging light indicator and a seatbelt. Overall, I’m absolutely thrilled I was given this ride-on vehicle to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I’m certain this will be a favorite toy for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this ride-on vehicle. REW loves to play with the neighbor boy’s motorized vehicle, so I was excited she would be able to get her own! It’s the cutest little thing. As a huge fan of The Italian Job movie with Mark Wahlberg from the early 00’s, I was geared up (pun intended!) for the darling details. REW is obsessed to have a car she can drive! As I was putting the car together, she wanted to help “fix it”, so she could “drive. drive. drive”. Once we got it out on the sidewalk, she needed to get used to putting her foot to the gas and steering. This is where I would’ve really appreciated a remote control, so she could get the hang of the dynamics of driving with a guided hand. To the brass tacks: as a mom who loves to put toys, bookshelves, etc. together for my little one (crazy, I know!) this little car took me about an hour to put together by myself. Overall, there are few parts , but the pins to secure the wheels were difficult to leverage onto the axle. I do NOT want the wheels to fall off, of course, so I’m glad they are secure. My fix was using the screwdriver to generate enough force and leverage to place the pins properly, but it look a half hour to figure out a solution to get one wheel on. Once, I figured that out, though, it was easy street. Overall, I’m pleased with the Roll Play 6V Mini Countryman. It’s a sporty little one-seater that will get lots of love. #stellarreviews

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What little kid doesn’t love a mini car!? Our two babes love taking spins in this MINI Cooper Countryman and thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel, they get to take a drive whenever they want! Besides the cute factor of this little car (which was a 10 out of 10) there were so many components that we loved about this mini car. For starters, appeal. They knocked it out of the park replicating the life size Mini Cooper. This mini car has enough go to be fun for kids, but still safe. It’s equal amount speed and fun. The kiddos really enjoyed taking turns driving this little cute car. Some of our cons with this mini car were that it was only a one seater. For little kids, it’s sometimes fun to ride along together! Also, a suggestion for this mini car would be that there is a key that can be removed instead of just a push button. For safety reasons, it’s nice to have a key to remove when the vehicle is not being used. All in all, we love this Mini Cooper! What a fun way to ride around in style!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the car for about two weeks now, and it is still one of my child’s favorite toys. It has been too cold to drive it outside, but she has driven it around the house quite a bit and will also just sit in the car to read books or play with other toys. She loves all the buttons and the adjustable mirrors! The car was easy to assemble and only took a few minutes to get set up. If I could make any adjustments to the car, I’d add a remote so parents can control the car for younger kids. Otherwise, the car is pretty great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing our family with this ride-on vehicle. It is so fun! It’s a great fit for our 3 year old (more snug for our 7 year old who’s way below the weight max). As a replica of a MINI Cooper Countryman, it’s perfect for a car aficionado, down to functional headlights, real mirrors, push to start button and playful dash features. Some thoughts on a redesign: it’s not intuitive that the forward/reverse direction is controlled by the windshield wiper lever, the door doesn’t close that well without some jiggling, the hubcaps loosen easily, and you might get stuck if you hit a 2” curb. 24 hours of charging the 6V battery and you can go for blocks and blocks (we probably drove an hour and the battery was still good). While we prefer bigger 2 seater ride on cars, this is lightweight enough for a 3 year old to lift up the front and a good choice for someone looking for something compact for a 3-5 year old that’s not super speedy, but still super fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The MINI Cooper Countryman is a pretty little car. I recieved this as part of a Stellar Product Testing Panel and wasted no time assembling. Assembling is straightforward and takes very little time. It is recommended that you charge the battery 24 hours before usage but this is understandable amd fortunately my daughter had yet to see it. Once it's fully assembled and charged, it very-accurately resembles the real thing and the red color makes it pop when you first see it. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed driving it too. Admittedly, there is a learning curve for a 4-year-old who had never driven a similar vehicle, but she got the hang of it relatively quickly with some parental coaching. Once she was on her way, the buttons on the steering wheel made for a great time as they produced sounds mimicking the full-sized vehicle. She very much enjoyed pretending she was driving a real car as she "sped" down the sidewalk in our neighborhood. The design is very straightforward with a steering wheel, pedal to go/stop and a lever that shifts from forward to reverse as well as buttons for sound. Changes I would suggest include a button on the dash that could override the gas pedal to stop the vehicle (younger kids may have issues learning to stop by lifting their foot) as well as varying speed progression dependent upon how hard the pedal is pushed rather than a one-speed stop/go function. Overall this is a great little vehicle that my daughter continues to enjoy daily rides on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love the Mini Countryman Ride-On vehicle. It rides great on pavement/concrete. Has great features like a horn, engine sound and headlights that turn on. The red color and details are great. It looks like the real deal! My little one is 4 years old and she was able to maneuver forward and reverse perfectly. Now for the fit, she is 42 inches tall and her legs were snug. There is a power button that looks like the engine start button on a regular car that lights up so it does catch their attention but the down fall is it actually turns the ride-on vehicle off. It’s located on the “dash” so it’s in plain sight for them to just push. My little one finally understood that if she pressed the button the car will not go so she stopped messing with it but at first it is a bit inconvenient. The 6 volt battery is not too fast nor slow so it is the perfect speed for a little one. The ride-on vehicle does struggle on grass and under a heavy load like that the ride-on vehicle turned off on its own. Assembly requires a Phillip screwdriver but was fairly easy! Over all it is a great ride-on vehicle that my daughter absolutely loved. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this ride-on vehicle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the 6v Mini Cooper Countryman toddler car from Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I am grateful for the chance to have my grandbabies ride, play and experience a 6v car. The car comes in a large box, and just needs the wheels yo be attached. All parts and tool were included. We made sure to read all directions. The car needed to be charged for 24 hours before using. We tried running indoors, but really is an outdoor vehicle. Our 4 year old granddaughter was able to press the gas petal easily. The car is fast. The lights, sounds are real life like, and out almost 2 year old grandson likes getting in and out, and pretend driving. I don’t think he will be able to use on his own for a few more months, but he definitely loves it. The car seems to be very sturdy. The charger is easy to attach. We have been using 2 to 3 weeks and they enjoy it just as much as the first day.
A Great Ride on Vehicle for Little Ones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gifted this ride on vehicle to my 4 year old son for his birthday. He was so excited, and I am glad I went ahead and put it together and charged it ahead of time, because he jumped in it immediately! The manufacturer recommends charging the unit for 24 hours before first use, so factor that into your planning if you are also considering it for a special occasion gift. I think this vehicle looks really sharp when put together, which took me about 30 minutes by myself. The controls are simple to understand, and my little guy was zooming around in no time. I only had to show him the push button start and reverse lever once. The car runs well on our concrete driveway, and it even performed decently on the grass, although that did slow it down a bit. My son loves the horn, and I think the headlights are a great feature, not just for fun, but for extra visibility for safety. As it has turned colder recently, I put the vehicle in our basement on the linoleum flooring, and the car of course runs great on that, too. The manufacturer lists the upper age limit as 6 years old, which I think is pretty accurate. My 6 year old daughter, who is petite, fits inside and can operate it pretty comfortably, but with a winter coat on, my 4 year old, who is big for his age, seems to just fit. During warmer weather and indoors when he won't need so many layers, he has more room inside. I do wish it was just a bit wider to accommodate children in this age range who are at the higher end of the growth chart. All in all, I am so happy with this Mini Countryman. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this ride-on vehicle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from the Stellar Products Testing Panel. I have 3 sons aged 6, 4, and 2. After I unboxed the Mini and quickly assembled it (assembly only requires a single Philips head screwdriver) my boys were tripping over eachother to be the first to take it for a spin. My 6 year old is tall for his age and can not remotely fit in this toy (though he did try). My 4 year old is average height and did fit though I doubt he would be comfortable for extended play. My 2 year old was the perfect size for the car and picked it up very quickly. Within a few minutes he was able to start the ride on, move between forward and reverse, and find all of the lights and sounds. The speed and steering for this ride on are pretty good and about what I would expect for a small child toy. The build quality is good and has stood up to a few scratches with no noticeable damage. The only thing I'm not a fan of is that the battery is not removable. You have to remove the seat and plug the charger directly into the chassis. If you don't have a conveniently located outlet, you may be using an extension cord.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom of two I am always looking for things my children can do together. At 4 and 6 years old they still have energy to splurge and I often need a toy or device that can match their energy level. This car certainly does the trick, and its fun in itself to boot, when the kids just want to feel a little wind on their face and freedom at their backs. We recieved the MINI Cooper Countryman from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I had high hopes to start out and it was super easy to assemble, mostly. In essence there is not a lot of pieces you need to worry about working with and all the parts are relatively simple to install with your hands only. The wheels are seat are the trickiest of the two but not for reasons you may be thinking. The retaining pins for wheels are a pain, they are too small for the holes provided and were not straight. We had to use pliers to straighten them out to install. One other minor problem was there were not clear enough instructions for the seat when installing. You can essentially figure it out on your own but instructions do not mention the button on the back of the chair that you need to be aware of. Aside from those minor issues, when you get past instalation the rest is a breeze. Aside from the 24 hour battery charge wait at the beginning my daughter also really wished the windows would roll down and both doors would open. She had a blast zooming across the yard uninterrupted. The ability to drive it all herself, charge the battery, take charge and be self sufficient was a huge positive. Being at the age where she likes to do a little more of everything herself this gives her that much more freedom and i have the ability to let her. The smiles on her face are priceless. We loved the compact nature of the car, finding a place to store was a breeze. Its also relatively easy to clean after a day or hard play. All in all I would recommend this car to anyone with children wanting a little thrill and independence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to receive this ride on car as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have three boys, my oldest just turned 7, middle turned 5 about a week ago, and my youngest is 2.5. All of them were soo excited when the box was delivered. You have to let the battery charge for 24 hours before the first use but they all waited patiently and had no complaints. Once it was time to put it all together it was easy and the instructions were clear. Since we’ve had it, it has been used every single day. It goes backwards and forwards and has a little button that makes pretend honking sounds. All of my boys fit in it but it’s definitely small for my oldest. Something that surprised me was how long the charge holds for. I thought we would need to charge it often but that has not been the case at all. Overall the boys love it. If I could change anything is that it would have two seats so my two littles can ride it at the same time but they’ve even managed to figure out how to do that as seen in the picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first received it, the box was so much bigger than I initially thought it would be. The Ride-On vehicle was packaged well and the instructions were simple to follow as we began putting it together. We had some trouble assembling the wheels with the snap pins as they hurt the fingers when trying to push through and the snap pins would also fly off the The bright red body of the car is beautiful and we love the little details that came with the car. My daughter is 3 years old, which is the perfect age for this particular Ride-On car. She picked up steering the car quickly but was afraid of the sudden lunges the car makes when the pedal is stepped on. However, she overcame that immediately as she learns to control. It gets scary as a parent to see the car lunges forward when the pedal is stepped on but knowing the fact that the car rides at 2.5MPH max, I feel safer allowing my child to continue riding the car. The Ride-On vehicle is designed very thoughtfully. We love the MINI Cooper details and moveable gearshifts – my daughter loves the horn and car noises. As the day gets darker, the headlights turn on, which was a surprise factor. There is a cup holder or a snack holder but my daughter’s water bottle did not fit in it. The battery charging is pretty normal where charging happens about 8-12 hours after the ride and we would do it overnight. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this ride on vehicle to test and review…we enjoyed it.
