  • A: Unfortunately, our UN32M4500 did not come with the HULU app pre-installed, and neither Samsung hub nor the browser will find it to install it. This is a problem that many, many people have had with this model and a few other Samsungs. Hulu gives no resolution on their forums, and neither does Samsung. Great picture, decent TV, BUT touchy, complicated Samsung software and App compatibility.

Awful quality. The screws in the stand (no screwdriver included btw) got stripped immediately due to poor quality. TV then doesn’t connect to app. Will definitely return this piece of junk.

Don't buy electronics from Target if you expect to last more than 30 days

We purchased a new 32" Samsung TV and the sound became distorted and inaudible. This happened within the first 50 days of purchase. We tried to return it to the store and they refused because it was after 30 days. They referred us to Target Guest Relations, and they were rude and totally unhelpful. We called Samsung, they ran diagnostics and sent us a shipping label to return it. We are now without a TV for at least two weeks. Don't buy electronics from Target if you expect it to last more than 30 days!

Love the picture and sound - not happy more detailed directions for set up were included. Please redesign the remote - too many buttons and buttons too small especially when you are in bed in a dark room and have to “feel” your way to the correct button.

Excellent sound and a great converter made my purchase even better. Fantastic price for a fantastic product. Slow OS, menu does not provide the features required to use some of the apps. Low resolution. For this day in age such a low resolution is not excusable. This tv almost feels like it was not built by Samsung but by a third company and the Samsung logo was placed on it.

Literally the worst TV I have ever purchased. It would not stay connected to wifi. None of the other devices in our home have this problem. We returned it immediately and bought and LG. Save yourself the stress and don’t buy!

Had this item for roughly three months and the remote has stopped working. Both Samsung and Target have been unhelpful. I reached out to target customer service only for them to tell me to bring the remote to the store and they'll replace it. This was an online purchase of a tv (with remote included) and Target does not sell the remote separately. The TV has no buttons besides the power button, so unable to actually use it. I can't change channels, adjust volume, etc. without a remote Go to a store that specializes in selling tech, like BestBuy. They may have more ready solutions for problems like this.
