Just bought this to replace my more expensive Samsung QLED. It is significantly cheaper without any serious loss of quality. There are, however, a handful of somewhat annoying absences for the lower price level that i only discovered post-purchase: no Samsung Health, no ambient screen, a clunky remote, and worst only two HDMI ports. All of these things are minor and well worth dealing with to spend less, but if you have a feature you've gotten used to on another TV be sure to double-check whether this model has it.

I bought this TV at the end of November. In December it started turning itself off. So I took the TV back to the store and got a different one. Now this one is doing the same thing. I am done with Samsung. I'm taking it back to the store and going to buy a different TV.

We bought this tv from the brick Brampton location and the worst one we bought. Tv is glitching and remote buttons hardly work. Our nightmare comes when the hdmi port we have our box attach is daily takes me 2 hours to start working.

I'm not sure why I waited to buy this TV, but I'm definitely not disappointed with the unit! We mounted it to the wall, and hooked it up to our wifi. So nice to be able to link into Amazon Prime, Netflix and Youtube via the TV directly!

Worst user experience ever with a TV , software could have been designed by a 3rd grader and turned out better. The menus .ake no sense , your " home " just keeps playing the last video to distract you. Just take me to a menu , home means I want to be some place else. Not here and another place. Can not remove or edit the home menu , Manuel info does not work with the model .
