A:Â Hi Abe! If there is a protective film on your screen, it will be indicated with a large blue triangle in the upper left corner. The triangle will have an illustration showing how to remove the protective film. If you do not have a blue triangle in the upper left corner, then that means there is no protective film on the screen, so please do not try to peel off anything. You will damage what is actually the screen. ^Tim

A:Â Hi Annie! There aren't any particular features to combat glare for this model, and it looks at it's best in a dark to moderately lit room. There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings. Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode. You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings ^Gina

Keeps losing signal with my internet. Had to reset to factory settings 3 times an Hulu still cant connect

This tv does not work with Hulu Live. When viewing Hulu live, the tv constantly freezes and its getting progressively worse. I have gone through all the suggested trouble shooting, but it has not solved the problem. Tech support defaults to suggesting it is a connection or wifi issue, however I have an older tv connected to a hulu express streaming player and have no problems at all.

We bought this at Christmas and have been very happy with it. Good picture, easy to set up and use, good sound. The only disappointment is that the sound gets louder on some programs or when commercials come on. I’d like the sound to be at the same loudness level for all programs and commercials.

Set up was much more difficult than I expected. Yeah, I'm a 75-yer-old technological disaster, but I've never been so frustrated with instructions not matching reality. Days into the process, I still have one cable channel that looses its sound as I attempt to watch my favorite broadcast (Jeopardy). Why don't y'all (and others) do the obvious. Get senior citizen volunteers to invite you into their homes, and then sit with them and learn from what we old timers struggle with.

We purchased this television in order to upgrade from a 65 inch to a 75 inch. We moved our smaller TV to another recreation room. This is now our main display TV in the living room of our home. It has very nice sound quality. No sound bar is necessary. The viewing experience is top notch. The TV is capable of displaying the smallest of details in movies and shows. I really enjoy it most for sports. It is basketball season now but I cannot wait until the NFL season starts. The image is adjustable for games, movies and sports. You can alter the level of contrast, tint, aspect ratio and other variables to you liking. Overall it is five stars. I attached it to my wall by myself but I would recommend two people do it for safety reasons.

I LOVE this television. I feel like the tv characters are right in my living room. The picture is so clear & crisp. We had a few Samsungs back in the day, and I have to admit, I miss the chime when you power on & off. The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had to play with the volume a bit. I’m kind of hard of hearing & was afraid I’d have to buy a sound bar, but after rebooting my cable box, the volume improved quite drastically. I do not know how the volume is for a cable-less tv, but the volume could be improved a bit.
