No external micro sd card and dont even sell a model with as much memory as an apple. Why would i stick with Samsung anymore. Whe i get a new phone it will be apple because of memory alone.

Do not buy! Poorly designed water proofing cause phone to be unusable. If the temp changes or you change more then 2000 ft. In elevation the phone speakers and mic stop working until the pressure can equalize. Having to open your sim card tray 4-5 times a day is completely unacceptable for how much they are charging for this device. Will never buy samsung products again!

Good phone, horrible finger printer scanner

I bought this phone 2 months ago. I love the Samsung tablets and thought I would give the Galaxy S22+ a try. The phone in general is a good phone. It is fast, graphics, wi-fi speeds and ease of use are great. I, for one, hate iPhones and this phone is an android version of an iPhone. No ear phone jack, no memory card slot, These are two features that I find to be valuable. Samsung plus do something fast about fixing your figure print scanner. I have reset my flinger print 5 times and it still doesn't work for crap. It will take at least 15-20 tries before it will recognize my finger print. It says cover the whole scanner or press harder. These are two messages I get all the time. My thumb is twice the size of the finger print symbol on the screen but it still says "cover the whole scanner". Press harder? My knuckle has popped from pressing harder. If I press any harder I am going to break the screen. And no, I don't have a screen protector. Since the finger print scanner is a joke, I am getting a protector since I don't want this over priced phone to get damaged.

What Happened To The Sound?

The phone works. However I can't help but to be very disappointed in the quality of the sound output when listening on Bluetooth devices and in my car (which is equipped with a 10 speaker Harmon/Kardon sound audio system). I upgraded from a S9 due to needing more memory, space etc. I was astonished at the difference in sound coming from the S22+ as the newer device. The low end sound is well below average even with Galaxay Atoms turned on and enhancing the equalizer. The S9 had a far richer sound output. Listening to music is a big part of my life everyday, and I cannot express enough how disappointed I am in the sound quality of this phone. Samsung, please incorporate a sound upgrade in your next system update!

The phone is good and I like the size, it's easy to hold and I like how it takes the pictures. The problems I've encountered with it is when you add a screen protector the fingerprint reader is hard to use. Also the battery drains fast and have to charge the phone every 6 hours with heavy use. The speaker sounds distorted when listening to videos especially when it's foggy or cold. Are there any solutions to fix this?

Concerning the fingerprint sensor try increasing the sensitive on your device. Do so by going into Settings>tap Display > Touch sensitivity to enable.
