A: Hi CE! Most of our models come with one of two different types of stems. A threadless stem, which can be adjusted forward and backward, and a quill stem, which can be adjusted up and down. This specific model has a threadless stem so it can not be adjusted up and down to adjust the height.

A: Hi Raji: Bikes bought directly from Target.com arrive 90% assembled. You will need to attach the pedals, seat, and handlebars. You will also need to make the necessary adjustments to the derailleur and brakes as they may have shifted during shipping. We recommend reaching out to your local Target for in-store assembly options.

A: Schwinn recommends this bicycle for those between 4'6" and 5'6" in height. So you should be able to ride this bicycle, but it might just be on the smaller size. You could also try a 26" bicycle where the height recommendations are between 5'6" and 6'2". You are kind of right in the middle between recommended ranges of a 24" and a 26" bicycle. Probably best if you could go to the store and see which size fits you best.
