Guillermo Guillen is an Electronics and Communications Engineer, and Military Engineer. He has worked on CITIZEN and Government projects. Guillermo is the winner of "Make with Ada 2018-19" and several other contests. In addition to this book, he has written over 40 articles about the research, design, development and testing of the electronic equipment used in various systems.
