The soap is great. Love Seventh Generation products. The design of the 50 ounce refill bottle is THE period WORST period. Nothing about it makes sense. It's clearly not designed to pour easily or they would have placed the spout at the end opposite the hand-hold. How did this get past product testing?

I really want to love this product but it isn’t safe for me or my children - It contains preservatives in the “Isothiazolinone” category which are banned in many European countries but allowed here unfortunately. These preservatives are highly sensitizing and allergenic. I wish they would reformulate it to not contain those preservatives.

Our plant based formula can appear cloudy, crystalized, or solid white in colder temperatures. This is normal and does not impact how well the product works. Appreciate that the soap is unscented. Like the packaging since the bottle is ergonomic and easy to handle. Unfortunately the soap was extremely drying to my hands within a few days. Since then, I’ve used gloves 100% of the time and the problem has resolved. This is a major drawback to the product.
