Man! If you want a great lower carb, gluten free alternative to corn tortillas, these are the best I've found! So good and they hold up well to lots of fillings. I thank Brene Brown for advertising for the on her podcast. I appreciate the recommendation! Their almond flour tortillas are also tasty and they both freeze well for longer use.

We love the tortillas, and enjoy having a steady supply. Sometimes they are hard to find in the store. I've got rheumatoid arthritis, and the grain free tortillas are a wonderful substitute for bread.

Truthfully, I am on a very restricted diet that helps me avoid inflammation and your cassava flour tortillas are one of the few actual bread items that I can enjoy with everything. My granddaughter has PKU which entails a strict non-protein medical diet. The coconut tortillas are one of her favorites to make quesadillas out of. Our local store doesn’t have them in stock consistently any more. Being able to order them direct is a blessing.
