Q: My twins are 4 months old but really small for their age. How high can you adjust the foot platform? I'm afraid my babies will be too short even at the highest level to reach.

A: I went ahead and placed my order after your answer to my question. Your answer made it sound like you could adjust foot rest as high as needed. This is not the case. There are four different levels you can adjust the hight to. My babies are way to short even at the tallest level to use this. I'm very disappointed.

A: The clear window is not made to be removed. We have heard from other parents that a q-tip or tooth pick with warm, soapy water can help clean between the cracks!

Bought this for my 4 month old grandson that stays at my house while his parents work 2 years ago and he absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed using it as a table. I’m now using it as an activity chair for the newest 4 month old grand baby that also stays at my house and he seems to really enjoy it also. For those complaining about the clear window, it can be popped out to clean. Popping it out is not easy, but it shouldn’t be so that a child cannot remove it. Also not sure how other’s toys are breaking, grandson #1 was in no way easy on them and they seem to still be in great condition for #2 to play with.

While I haven't had any parts break, I came to look for additional accessories to swap out to make the toy more interesting and was SHOCKED that they aren't sold. I think that is a huge miss on the company's part as I would totally pay to for extra toys to clip on and off and swap out. Not to mention it one of them breaks, how frustrating to not be able to buy a replacement.

Good baby seat activity table but not so sure about toddler table. I just took all the toys off and popped the table top into it, but there's a gap as you can see in the pictures. I'm afraid when my children are using the table if one of them presses down and somebody's fingers are there, it's going to get them pinched.

The plastic window is absolutely impossible to clean. My husband had to basically break it off, whereby we cleaned it with cleaning agents and then put it back on, but it was still crusty from snacks throughout the years. This is a poor design. It should pop out - this is a CHILDREN's toy!!

My baby loved this right away at 4 months and still loves it at 8 months. A visiting 12 month old also loved it. I was debating between this one and the clouds one, but I liked the color scheme of this one better and the toys a bit more too. I was surprised at how much my baby liked the "forest" right away. So far nothing has broken. I like being able to switch out the toys so they seem "new" from time to time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our baby has two older brothers who spend their day running around the house. So naturally Our little one was starting to want to sit and watch and even move himself. He is over his baby floor gym and tummy time. As soon as we put him in his new activity center he loved it. The adjustable floor was just the right height for him to push against and is even Turing in the seat to play with the many different toys. His 4 year old brother loves to join in on the fun as well. I definitely recommend it for busy moms and busy babies

This unit entertained my 4 month old pretty well. The floor base plate is adjustable - allowing a customizable floor set for my little one’s legs and feet to be able to lay flat. The biggest issue was the little “exploring window”. This thing leaks spit up and water into it but has no way of allowing the user to pull the window out in order to properly clean and sanitize. So spit up just sits there in limbo between the window and the plastic edges. Which is a safety issue for mold and germs. Example: baby spit up - the spit up leaks into the window edges and sits there. There’s no way to pop the window out or dislocate it in order to wipe up spit and sanitize . Pretty gross. If it wasn’t for the oversight for this bouncer- I would’ve enjoyed it.
