I searched for months to buy an upholstered headboard for my master bedroom. After looking at dozens of beds and comparing prices and reading reviews I finally decided on this one. It came in yesterday and it only took less than an hour to put together. It was very easy. I am completely satisfied with this gorgeous headboard! The fabric is beautiful and the nail heads are real and not a faux strip. Since getting it set up, I actually found the identical headboard on another site for a lot more money!!! So happy I chose well. I only bought the headboard so I don't know if the other woman was having problems with the actual bed. But is sounds like the company handled anyway and had good customer service.

This bed looks really great, and the price is on point, but the bed is poorly made. The center support relies on one flimsy, cheaply-made plastic leg, which can shift loose easily. This has caused the metal frame to buckle quite often and so far, we've had to completely replace it twice. Each time, Target's customer service has been great at connecting us with the manufacturer to resolve the issue and send us replacement bars, but it's still not ideal. If I could do it again, I'd choose another bed over this one.
