This suitcase could be great! The cons: NO side handles, just a top handle. This lost 2 of the stars for me. The third star was taken due to the wobbliness of the retractable handle; it also has a tendency of not staying put at lower levels. Also, the zipper was already a bit wonky when it arrived - two teeth in different areas were out of alignment. Not ideal; I was buying this bag to use for years. It's going to make it through 3 trips this year, then I'm getting rid of it for a better bag.

I bought this item a few months ago from a retail store. It worked fine until I had a 4 hour layover and decided to check it. The baggage handlers managed to rip out the only handle on the bag the only time I checked it. It still rolls just fine, but it's pretty difficult to get into the overheads without a handle.

Light weight but handle pulled out on one side with plastic poking through after only two trips. Totally disappointed as I thought Swiss gear was supposed to be a durable brand.

I bought this exact carry-on suitcase(Zurich) about 6 years ago. Since Then I’ve made more than a dozen trips to Italy, Switzerland, The UK, and not to mention dozens of taxis & trains. Not only have the wheels withstood all those cobble stone streets, but the suitcase still looks brand new! I can literally pack 10 days worth of clothing in this sucker! Yes, of course I gotta sit on it to get it zipped up! I wouldn’t trade it for any other…That’s a fact!

Perfect for domestic or international travel - fits even on tiny domestic jets, though without the extender extended. Wonderful amount of space for 1-2 weeks, excellent wheels, and I like the little pouch it comes with. Oh, and the lining is removable and washable. Immediately took this on 2 international trips with no problems! The only thing that bothers me is that the fabric zipper pills are already unraveling (this bag has never been checked). That's an easy fix though. Good price and quality!
