GRACE RAMIREZ is an international chef trained at the prestigious French Culinary Institute and the host of Cooking Channel's Gooey and the Food Network LATAM's Destino con Sabor. This is the second book for the Miami-born Venezuelan chef. When she is not traveling, she resides in New York City.
