Q: why is it that when i connect them to my phone while listening to music i hear static and a sort of buzzing sound but when i connect them to my laptop i hear everything clearly and how do i stop this noise

That being the case I would recommend restarting the phone firstly, then if the issue is still present I would remove or forget the device from your phones bluetooth list and re-pair it. Q: The light on one of my ear buds is staying red constant and will not connect to my phone. They both have connected in the past no problem. Why?
A: HI Tiffany, another suggestion, ensure your earbud case is fully charged. If a reset does not fix the problem, lightly press and hold down the touchpads of the earbuds (where the microphone hole is) while they are sitting in the case. After a few moments, both earbud LEDs should flash red and white, indicating that they are ready for pairing. Thank you!

For this issue, you can try unpairing the earbuds and then repairing them again. If that does not resolve the issue, then a reset may be needed. To perform a reset, place the earbuds in the charging case and press the reset button of the charging case. After 6 seconds, the earbuds will turn on and off again, indicating the reset. Q: How put them in pairing mode? Manual not helpful.
A: Hello! To pair the earbuds to your device, open the case and remove both earbuds. The earbuds will start to flash red and white, which means they are ready to pair. Then, use the Bluetooth settings on your device to pair with Heyday Earbud 05. When the earbuds have paired, they will turn white for five seconds and then fade. If you need to reenter pairing mode, put both earbuds back into the case. Leave the lid on the charging case open and hold the reset button on the back for 3 seconds. Then start at step 1 again.

Q: One of my earbuds constantly flash white and it won't pair, the other earbud doesn't show any light at all and they are both fully charged. I've tried reseting it multiple times neither will they pair

After a few moments, both earbud LEDs should flash red and white, indicating they are ready for pairing. If the problem persists, please consider the possibility of water damage, as our product is not waterproof. If your earbuds get wet, dry them as much as possible with a towel or napkin. Additionally, remember to dry the sweat from the earbuds after each workout. If you have followed these troubleshooting steps and water damage is not a concern, it is likely that you have a defective product. Please return it to Target for a refund or exchange.
