About the Book

Lena Katz is making twelve hats--one for each month of the year. January's hat rings in the New Year with snowballs and snowy games. April's hat is a basket spilling over with Easter eggs and the first signs of spring. With a lively text, vibrant, busy illustrations, and helpful instructions on how to make a hat, this picture book can inspire children and their adult friends to make their own hats to celebrate the months. Full-color illustrations.
