I don't have a review on how this works. Probably fine. But I do have to complain that this supposedly new item was obviously used, due to the scuff marks on the bottom straight out of the box. Photo attached.

well made, solidly built, non-slip top means I do not have to wear shoes with treads to use it.. really helps work muscles in lower legs. Also helps train balance and seems to ease the chronic pain in my low back.. three benefits from one simple exercise. I have owned a few balance boards- this one is the best so far.
