Book Synopsis

Water Rabbit's Mindful Adventures is the second book in the Lunar New Year Animal Books for Kids. The book showcases Mei-Mei, the water rabbit's adventures with her zodiac animal friends and their encounter with humans trying to destroy their carrot farm and the statue built in honor of Mei-Mei's cousin. The animals and humans learned to cooperate to restore the statue and build carrot aeroplanes to raise funds for charity. It is a delightful story integrating Eastern and Western wisdom. An inspiring book filled with beautiful illustrations, delightful scenes, humorous poems, and distinctive animal characters. The book is a great experiential guide for kids to learn about mindful leadership, cooperation, communication, giving to charity, friendship, and using creative solutions to deal with conflicts and bullying.

The book contains explanatory notes about the Lunar New Year, the personality of individuals born in the year of the rabbit and a Zodiac Calendar for readers to discover their Chinese Zodiac Animal Signs.
