I am wearing a size small in these high waisted, ribbed, wide legged sleep pants. This is my regular size as well and these pants fit so well. I am 5ft 3inches tall with a 27 inch waist. These sleepwear pants may have been designed for sleep but honestly you could wear them to lounge around or wear out while doing errands. I received an incentive to write this review.
