@conscious_core_caitlin Sunday Sunshine: Re-cap of the small things that make me so joyful! 1) Got my new VIBRANT sign installed in my studio 2) Obsessed with this new bright coral flare leg onesie from targetstyle. Isn’t it so cute?! 3) Did a full hour of Pilates including this fun flow 4) Walked to the farmers market with friends (no picture we were just chatting, smelling roses and loving the time together) 5) Got all my flowers planted in my new flower beds for my new cut flower garden. One step closer to having fresh bouquets from my own garden on my table every week! I’ve found as I’ve gotten older that it’s these bright little things in my life that make all the difference. I’ve purposefully chosen to put more time and focus on what fills me with joy and in turn makes me more Vibrant. And also means I don’t have space or time for BS and negativity anymore. It’s magical.
