  • A: 30" is not "short"! I just received a pair of Denizen jeans that specified 27" in the description and the jeans I received are 30". Seems like all they have is 30" no matter what length you order.

Runs big in every possible way

These run big- very big. They're supposed to be wide leg, but the entire jean itself seems to have been made for plus size and then haphazardly nipped in at the waist, instead of made to standard sizes and then given wider legs. I'm a size 10 with an apron belly and no butt- these were made too wide at the waist, very roomy at the hips to the point of bunching up, and the fabric is very voluminous yet stiff which made the pants feel like I was wearing my husband's work overalls. My husband actually thought these were his jeans in the wash, and he is over 220 lbs.

Perfect pair of comfy, baggy (but not too baggy) pants. Size down, though. I started with a 2, found them to be too big, so I tried the 0 and felt they fell lower on my waist then I wanted, and weren’t snug enough in the butt. So I settled with the 00 which fit perfect in the waist and snugger on the bum. They have plenty of room in the leg still and the length is perfect. For size reference, I’m 5’6” 130ish lbs, and usually wear size 2/4 and 25”/26” in pants (depending upon brand)

These are ridiculously baggy yet have a tiny waist and I’m usually a 31 so I tried the 12 & 14 and neither was even close to fitting in the waist. You better be shaped like a Barbie if you want these to fit. The baggy-ness seems disproportionate to the waist sizing.

These had a big gap in the back on me. I liked the rise, but the waist was just too big. I liked that they were baggie but not sloppy. A lot of the baggie jeans are pretty outrageous but I do have a smaller frame and get easily swallowed by things like wide legs and puffy sleeves. Thus cut would've worked. They're also non stretch just as a reminder for folks who might miss it in the description.
