Q: The frame is 11 x 15? Not the picture in the frame, correct. So if I mounted a 11x15 print, it will fill the whole frame.

A: I bought this to use with a 11x15 photo so not as a float frame, however it did not fit the picture perfectly and there were spaces on either end so I can't use it unfortunatly.
submitted byLauren R - 4 years agoA: Hello Rich - Great question! This item is a float frame, meaning there are two panes of glass with no mat. The opening is 11x15, so any photo smaller than that will have a clear glass border around the picture. We hope this helps! - Erinn

Q: How do you remove the picture that comes with the frame? I’ve removed the plastic piece but have no idea how to remove the glass in order to get to the picture currently there

A: I had to use a suction cup to pop the plastic off the back, something like that might help.

A: Hi Terri, there should be an instruction sheet included in your purchase. Once you remove the plastic insert and pull away from the frame you should lift the styrene sheet and insert your image between the styrene sheet and the glass. Then replace the plastic insert and you should be good to go. There is a photo of the instruction sheet provided on the website available photos above. Hope this helps!

A: Hi Maegan, thank you for expressing interest in this frame! Your photo/s will be placed between the glass and a styrene sheet that should hold your photos. You can also increase photo stability by placing a small roll of clear tape to the back of the photo to attach it to the styrene sheet more securely. Hoping this helps!

A: Hi Shenoy, the styrene sheet bends to accommodate thicker items. So, an item up to around 1/8" thickness can fit, provided that it is spaced at least 1" from the perimeter of the frame. Hope this helps! Thank you!

The plastic piece that holds the whole thing together isn’t the same size as the frame by several millimeters so I’m worried to even hang it on the wall because it comes unlocked when the plastic piece slides to the top where the nail would go. It’s a waste of money as is. Going to have to super glue it together.

I bought two frames way in advance for my wedding photos, so I am outside the return window. The pictures slip and the frame was a nightmare to get back together. Ultimately I tossed both frames when one broke before I even got it on the wall. Huge waste of money.

I do like this frame, it could be a bit better quality. However it was not expensive so I did not expect too much. The clear glass frame adds a different look and I love it! I put a picture that is smaller in it and it outlines so beautifully.

Sandwiching the instructions for putting this thing together in between the plexiglass and the glass is truly a stroke of evil genius... If you do squeeze the entire frame together, as the instructions instruct, you will wind up with squashed-looking sides. It would be great if the instructions mentioned that the plastic is the part that you should be squeezing. And when you're done ripping all the cardboard off the frame, you're left with a brass (?) hanger thing that looks like it should attach to the frame. Nope! It's just what Target uses to hang it for display, despite the fact that that brass hanger is more solidly constructed than the entire frame. Truly bananas, but great for highly logical people who like a challenge. Maddening for the rest of us.

This is a cheaply made frame, but reasonable for the price point and it looks nice on the wall. The picture does slide down in the frame. I did not want to use tape so I just placed some bubble wrap behind the picture and it did the trick.

Looks nice at first glance but then you notice the yellow plastic on the edges. The frame also comes with one glass and one piece of plastic to the hold the pictures, so my pictures kept falling in the frame since the plastic isn’t very strong. I didn’t want to add tape to the back so it didn’t work out for me. This is not worth the money at all.

this is quite literally the most cheaply made & disappointing product. i NEVER leave reviews but if i can save someone the time, frustration & annoyance this frame left me with, i’ll gladly do so. laughable even for the price, don’t waste your time & resources.
