I love adding this to a warm bath! It is great after a long day. Not only does the eucalyptus and spearmint essential oils help relax the mind and helps you destress but epsom salt relieves sore/ achey muscles. It truly helps my tired achey body after anything strenuous. I also use this as a body scrub. I add body wash and a scoop of this to my loofah and it really helps exfoliate by skin and makes it very soft & smooth.

I love Dr teals Epsom salt for some reason it wouldn't let me take a photo and leave a picture, but this stuff is awesome great value. Dissolves easily and definitely sues my sore muscles and feet. Love the blue and the packaging highly recommend this product.
