Don't waste your money
This used to be our favorite lotion for the kids but after they changed the formula it looks like I have to search for a new lotion. It is so watery now that it gets everywhere when I’m trying to use it. Don’t waste your money on this one unless they bring back the original formula.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The formula has changed significantly. The lotion is extremely water done. It’s not like it use to be anymore. I can’t even use it without it pouring out to the bottle.

I should have read the reviews first. I have bought the Lavender recently and the consistency is like lotion. This is watery as soon as I opened it all over my shirt and the floor. A mess. Very disappointed in this lotion.

Consistently disappointment
Quality has gone down over time. I bought this lotion a couple times last year and loved it but after repurchasing it not once, not twice, but three times, each bottle has been consistently watery. It makes a huge mess. Very disappointing because I loved this body lotion. Will have to shop somewhere else.

I’ve been using this lotion on my baby for a few weeks and absolutely love it. What A Mess!!!
I’ve been buying this for years…and then they recently changed the formula. It’s awful!! It’s so watery and not even lotion anymore! If you open the lid it pours out like a water faucet!!! And absolute disaster! Poured out all over the floor, the changing table and the baby! Such a mess! Same with the shampoo, too! It’s pure water. I’ll never buy this brand again.

Disappointing
Last two bottles have been extremely watering and spilling out of the bottle as soon as you open it. Frustrating but I’ve seen this happen with other Shea moisture products. They start at fantastic and then they change the formula,or bottle size (both in this case). So disappointing considering the limited options of quality natural products on the market.

I can’t compare to what it used to be like other reviews have said, but I was not impressed with this my first time. Can’t say I’ve ever had to shake lotion before to mix it, but after a bunch of water spilled out before my hand was even out to catch it, I tried shaking it. Second try, it wasn’t clear like water and was white, but it was still a runny consistency and made a mess massaging into my son. I thought maybe it was just my bottle but after reading reviews (unfortunately after the fact), I realize it’s not just me. Into the garbage it went and I’ll look for something else. Waste of money

I’ve used this lotion for almost 3 years now and it’s always been my go to!! I recently purchased what I thought was just a bad batch, but after reading recent reviews, I assume there’s been some kind of formula change that’s made the consistency EXTREMELY watery and less fragrant. Ended up returning the bottle. Such a shame.
