Superior Touch Better than Bouillon Chicken Base is an ideal base for any dish that requires chicken bouillon. Make a tasty and flavorful addition to your next meal with this better than Broth, which is crafted from chicken meat with natural juices for a savory taste.
Directions:
For best results, refrigerate after opening. Basic Stock Directions: Dissolve 1 teaspoon (equal to 1 bouillon cube) Chicken Base in 8 oz boiling water. For each quart of stock needed, use 1-1/2 tablespoons chicken base. Use basic stock for soups, sauces and gravies or to cook vegetables, rice or pasta with more flavor.

A: How long can I keep a Better Than Bouillon Food Base? Provided it has been stored properly, to include refrigeration after opening, the Food Base is good to use after opening until its “Best if used by date”. Please follow the “Best if used by date” printed on the top of the label.

Don’t know what your soup or sauce is missing? It’s likely just a little bit of this. I always have a jar in my fridge. Try adding a little to the boiling water when you’re preparing rice or other grains and thank me later (just remember that a little goes a long way and you may need to adjust the salt elsewhere in your recipe).

Quaility control and customer service
Better than Bouillon has anyways been my go to but lately it has been coming up short. Last couple jars I have bought were barely over half full. Contacted their customer service multiple times with never any responses.
