I bought this to make almond paste and frangipane easier than pulsing almonds. It worked out fabulously - but for the price to quantity ratio it will likely be the one and only time I purchase it. I’ll stick to pulsing down slivered almonds.

Dont get excited to use this
Absolute trash. Read everything online to make sure I portioned correctly. I make the same cookies almost twice a week. And this obliterated them and they taste awful. Will not be purchasing again.

Great for baking! Made blackberry lemon muffins with this almond flour brown sugar substitute eggs and greek yogurt and they turned out super moist and flavorful. I will still sift it before adding to whatever I am baking just for it to be a little "lighter" and typically I add it to a gluten-free flour mix to bulk it up just a tad. If you bake alot or tend to make bigger batches, the bag is on the smaller side, and it will not last super long. But it is a good flour and worth trying.

Love the Waffles...make extra to freeze!
I usually make waffles with the pancake mix. I always add cinnamon and usually sift in powdered buttermilk and chopped pecans. They are a big hit with the grandchildren. I usually increase the batter when making for myself, so I can freeze a few to pop in the toaster next time!!!

Great for keto baking
We started keto several weeks ago. I can make lovely little mug cakes and biscuits that are just wonderful! If you are using this for baking, it's better to get the super fine flour made from blanched almonds. Very happy!
